Installed and activated the Audio Album plugin, but can’t find it on the WordPress dashboard and it doesn’t come up to insert when creating a music page. What am I doing wrong?
]]>I’ve added all the shortcode, seems fine (will change colours), although the actual files don’t play and have some sort of scrolling pixels instead. I tried with just the native [audio] shortcode underneath which seems to work fine. Here’s the shortcode I used:

]]>The audio files is not playing for more than 1 minute. After 59 sec the audio reloads and play/pause buttons vanishes. What should I do to prevent audio files from reloading after 59 seconds and how do I get it to play full audio.

“update the following – which, I understand would mean that the initial preloading of the metadata would not be done when opening the web page, and the audio metadata would not be loaded unless / until the user clicked to play one of the audios. This would only then happen for the audio file that was selected. Was thinking that with the following setting, you would not see the loading icon when first opening the site and would only see it for each of the audio files, only upon selecting play.”
So, essentially they don’t want to se the preloader gif on all items as the page loads, but only upon clicking one of the items will you see the preloader.

]]>I’m using the Theme.co X theme. When I use the plug-in, the play and pause buttons are shown as dice and the mute and unmute buttons are a crown and a bird respectively. Probably not what they should be . . . LOL! Is there an easy CSS fix to override the default fonts and get back to the correct character sets for these icons?
]]>I’m using a timeline product called WP Timeline. I’ve enabled the lightbox function which allows the viewer to see individual timeline content in an expanded (lightbox) window. (Open any of the timeline entries that uses the Audio Album player). Unfortunately, the buttonlink on the player is behaving unexpectedly. Instead of opening a popup, it opens a new page, thereby shutting off any audio that was playing from the player. Any way around this?

Just wanted to give it a go. But when I pasted the shortcodes, I only see the URL of the mp3 file on my server.
I’m not sure what I’m missing. While logged in as an admin, I see the link. But on private tab, there’s an animation going on forever.

Hi, we installed this plugin some years ago. All the songs are 45 second length (the mp3 are much longer), and I dont remember how I limited their length, because now we want to play the songs till the end.
Any idea ? can’t find any settings, any code…

Prepending the album tag is not helpful, because although the numbering is properly ascending, I don’t want any numbering.

]]>First, great plugin. Love the minimalist aesthetic, and it has worked fine on all platforms since we installed it Spring 2022.
The issue: although it seems to work on other versions of iOS on iPhone, if the user is on iOS 16.1.2, the embed displays properly, but when the user clicks “play”, nothing happens.
We already did all the standard updating and disabling of other plugins etc., to no avail. Also have a ticket in with Elementor, but although they’re making suggestions, so far they don’t think it’s an Elementor issue.
Relevant side note: We also installed “Music Player for Elementor”, and had a similar result, but it appears it uses a similar mechanism for embedding?

However, we have a difficulty. The audios are on our server (along with the website), but almost all of the hosting space is already occupied. Would it be possible to post these audios in the form of YouTube videos and play them directly from YouTube through the plug-in?
