I would like to remove “defer” cause I want to connect with “Newebpay Payment”. “Defer” makes the page cannot turn to transaction page. I have tried to exclude the id which contain “defer” through ASYNC javascript, but it doesn’t work.

The ASYNC plugin keeps knocking out my mobile menus in Divi by Elegant Themes. I don’t know what to exclude because I’m still not that good with this stuff, lol. Can you look at 67biltmore.com in mobile and tell me what script I should exclude so that the mobile menu functions. I’ve had to disable ASYNC on the site so the menu works for customers. Thanks.

]]>Hi, firstly kudos to you for both these plugins. Being broke, I am looking for free ways to ‘eliminate render blocking resources’. I’ve spent hours trying to learn and find ways to do. I’ve installed Autoptimize but not sure what the recommended settings are. I am not ‘aggregating’, just defering (both js and css). I still have issues hence finding this plugin mentioned in a Kinsta youtube video.
So my questions if you’d be so kind…
- Will this plugin give me any more functionality alongside Autoptimize, or does Autoptimize cover what this one can do?
- Is there any easy way to work out if I can remove jsquery from the exclusions without harming the site? (without checking every element of every page visually?!)

]]>Hello. Deferring JS with this plugin causes issues with GiveWP plugin.
If excluded via the provided setting to exclude a single plugin, nothing changes.
It looks like most of the issues are cause by the JS included in the /wp-includes/js/dist/ folder. Is there a way to exclude that folder as a whole?
Furthermore, the GiveWP js aren’t in the root folder of the plugin, but in the /wp-content/plugins/give/build/ folder.

]]>Would you be able to advise when “Apply Defer (jQuery excluded)” is enabled, what are the exact jQuery files excluded? Is it just jquery.js or the whole jquery folder from wp-includes is excluded?
Nonetheless, I think this is the only plugin that offers plugins and themes exclusion which makes things a lot simpler.
]]>I love this plugin but for some reason, whenever I enable Async everything seems to work fine except for my login and register pages on mobile. They show up on desktop version just fine. I tried setting theme exclusion of Divi and Divi Child theme but still have the same problem. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

i have tried a lot of these plugins and I liked the look of yours for the control.
all others don’t seem to be able to include the theme and the video on my homepage never loads.
sp.ypurs seemed to be working wel, I have set my js to defer and have added the recaptcha and tag manager to the defer list.
but pagespeed still says they are there and to defer them.
my page score has even gone slower.

]]>This plugin works as expected to allow this page (and others like it) to work on mobile devices and all mobile browsers. The theme is Uncode. It works fine on Safari DESKTOP with page sections scrolling and clicking into place AND the logo showing up in the top left. It does NOT function correctly on Chrome or Firefox DESKTOP (sections not clicking into place) nor does the logo show up. When I turn the plugin off all work fine but Mobile does not function correctly. I’ve tried all variations of defer and exclude to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I’m not a coder but can put code in place when instructed specifically.

]]>We are having an issue where the Async JS plugin blocks the CC fields from showing on a Gravity Forms form with the Stripe Add-On. We have narrowed the issue down in an installation with the 2023 theme and the only active plugins are Async JavaScript, Gravity Forms, and Grafity Forms Stripe Add-On. If we deactivate Async JS the form works as intended.
The problem occurs in Chrome; occasionally the CC fields show but most of the time they are missing. Adding Gravity Forms and the Strip Add-On to the Plugin Exclusions list does not help at all.
Do you have any suggestions on which scripts to exclude? Until we find a setting that doesn’t break our form we are unable to use your plugin.

being a big fan of autoptimze, I installed “Async JavaScript” to test it. I use the Breakdance Builder and after installing the plugin my whole site stopped working.
By disabling and uninstalling the plugin, most of my site worked again. Only my blog overview page still does not work properly and the page and post list is not displayed correctly.
Or when editing the page I get the error “WordPress AJAX Request failed”
Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this?

]]>I’ve created a GTmetix account, validated my account, got my API Key, and plugged it into the Asyn JavaScript Wizard and keep getting the error: Error: Invalid e-mail and/or API key
I’ve turned off blocking software, tried from another browser, regenerated the API key 3 times, and cannot get past this error to let the plugin do its thing.

I have installed and activated a new plugin, WooCommerce Product Retailers, which adds buttons below the Add To Cart button in a shop. However, the buttons were not showing up reliably.
After test each of my installed plugins, I found the issue appears to be with the Async Javascript plugin.
I added the javascript files to the exclude list on the settings page, but this did not solve the issue. The buttons do not show up on the page.
I also attempted to exclude the entire WooCommerce Product Retailers plugin through the settings page, but the problem persists.
However, when I uninstall the Async Javascript plugin, the buttons load without issue.
Can you please advise?

Is it possible to defer an inline script by ID?
Currently I’m getting console errors when I defer:
– lodash.min.js
– i18n.min.js
– data.min.js
– keycodes.min.js
– compose.min.js
Inline script are loaded after the main js files with the following ID’s:
– lodash-js-after
– wp-i18n-js-after
– wp-data-js-after
– wp-keycodes-js-translations
Instead of not deferring the main scripts is it possible to defer the inline scripts that come after?
