Any reason for error importing library item?
I have multisite setup and it shows “error importing library item”.
can I import and export full website with plugins, theme and content?

I keep having a problem with Assistant Pro whereby I login to my Pro account in order to add something to the Librbary. But after logging in and going to a BB Themer layout and click Save to Library it never loads my libraries.
When I refresh, it asks me to login again.
Does anyone have this problem, or does BB know if there are conflicts with certain plugins?
Its a great plugin but this keeps on happening every time I try to use it.

but the actual URL is:
https://mydomain.com/subdomain/wp-admin/
Here should be referred to the correct URL with subdirectory!

]]>Hey, Assistant team! I think there’s a bug in the plugin. When going to the user profile settings and setting the “Toggle Button” item to “Admin Bar Item”, it always resets itself to the regular round button after a while (like, perhaps after logging back out and in?).
It feels like I keep setting this to “Admin bar item” on a ton of my projects, and that big round button always comes back. I haven’t yet systematically tested this, so unfortunately I can’t provide repro steps or repro rates right now, but I’m certain I keep setting this over and over again.
Can you look into this? The round button sometimes covers up UI elements and it’s really more comfortable to have an admin bar item instead.
FWIW, I always clear my browser’s cache, cookies, history etc. when exiting. I don’t think it has anything to do with that though?

I’ve deleted and re-installed Assistant.
All of my plugins are up to date.
Safari version 13.1.2 on OSX High Sierra
Works fine on FireFox version 80.0

]]>I’m on a staging site, so I can’t share a link, but when I go to content, and then select Orders, it shows what appear to be orders, although the numbers aren’t displaying, each one looks like this: Order – August 23, 2021 @ 06:15 PM with a username below it. When I click on the eye to view it I get a 404 error, and I can see the order number in the URL. I did import this data using WP All Import, but I can see it fine in the dashboard, and those order numbers do exist.
Also, if I click on the Tab for WooCommerce customers, it says no results found, but I have 725 customers.
I don’t need it fixed, but I wanted to report the problem.
]]>If I have this plugin active, if I try to edit the profile of a user, there is no Update Profile button because the plugin is throwing a PHP Error before it completes loading the page. Below is the error is given.

After a lot of tracing, I can tell you the error seems to occur when this code in file ‘\assistant\build\vendor-bb-cloud.js’ is active:
jQuery.ajaxPrefilter((function(e,n,r){t.socketId()&&r.setRequestHeader(“X-Socket-Id”,t.socketId())})
It appears to interfere with the AJAX requests to Algolia Search (probably because of the added header).
Unfortunately, this isn’t something I can resolve – you’ll need to reach out to the Assistant developers. With the above info, it should be easy for them to fix.

Two questions about Assistant and WP Multisite.
– Does current Assistant free version run properly with WP Multisite? Should the plugin be activated in the Net-work or site by site? I see a multi-site related question not solved yet in the support list, is it finally solved?
– Will Assistant pro libraries be able to move between sub-sites under the same WP Multisite installation? Will Media files be saved under each sub-sites specific folders?

]]>When I change the featured image with Assistant the changes don’t appear until I refresh the page. It would be nice if the page would refresh on its own.
Also , If i’m currently on the About page and want to change the featured image (or something else), there should be a button that takes me straight to that page’s settings.
For example, right now to change the featured image of a page I have to do 5 clicks.
Click Pencil -> Click Content App -> Click Pages -> Find page and then Click page -> Click “Edit” and replace featured image.
I think a reasonable amount of clicks for this would be 3.
Click Pencil -> Click Icon that takes you to current pages settings -> Click Edit and change featured image.
All in all the plugin is looking pretty awesome, hope you consider looking into this.

I was wondering whether you’d consider feature requests? I’d love a text field where you can start entering page, post or media names (depending on the tab you’re on) and Assistant will immediately filter the results accordingly.
I know the search field on the home tab works like that, but it would be awesome to quickly be able to filter on the page, post, media etc tabs.

I noticed that when I duplicate a page and then look for the duplicate in Assistant so I can start working on it, Assistant doesn’t find it. I need to use the WordPress dashboard to get to it.

Hi! Despite having translated the 276 strings of the plugin into Spanish, the translation is not carried out in the WordPress installation.
On the other hand, when trying to do it with LocoTranslate and syncing the template it finds, it reduces the 276 strings only to 38 strings, the rest deletes them … but still the plugin remains untranslated.

I would mostly use assistant to make my client’s life easier so, as some only focus on certain content types, I’d like to be able to reorder the first few items which appear under “content”.
For example on a site that has pages, products and “weddings” as a cpt but no blog posts it would be nice to be able to arrange the first 3 items showing in the “content” tab to “products / weddings / pages” instead of (posts / pages / products) as the 3 most frequent content types this client would ever edit or create.
Is this possible / planned on the road map ?

]]>The more I use Assistant the more I feel it’s something I have been looking for a long time. The best effort toward solving WP efficiency issues I have seen!!
But… I would like to be able to remove things from the UI that are not used. Particularly comments ( section still still there if I disable them in WP) and Labels (which seems not searchable presently and perhaps only used rarely by a few collaborating).
Is there way of doing this or is it planned? I know this is a pre-release!

For example, right now if I create a new page I have to press “Create & Edit” which launches in a new windows, then I have to Activate the page builder. Would be nice the creation of a new page and launching BB could all be done within assistant instead of opening in a new window.

Says I have 2 updates, which I do, but then on the bottom screen it says “all up to date”.
I also have 3 images, app says I have 3 also, but when I click on it, it shows nothing.
