When I search for a keyword on my site and the result is in an FAQ, I click on the result and am brought to a “No Result Found” page. It tries to brig me to the same URL i get to when I edit FAQs and click on “View.” It looks lie this: website.com/asp_faq/specific-faq/
Is there a way to have the search results (when the result is an FAQ) be clickable without giving a web page error?

]]>I created five categories with some faqs in each one. Then I tried to use the shortcode [multi_faq cat_name=”general”] but it returns all the faqs that are in db. Can you please help me? Thanks a lot in advance.
]]>I’ve created 8 FAQ Categories and have set up a Page that includes shortcodes for each of them (see below). Two of the Categories are not showing any FAQs. I’ve deleted all FAQs and Categories several times and have validated that there are not typos or any extra html on the page. If I change the Category, the FAQ shows up. Also, the Category that doesn’t display is different each time I delete everything and try again. Has anyone seen this behavior, or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
Does the Category need to be a single word (no spaces or dashes)? I’ve tried many different ways and can’t seem to get all of the Categories to work at the same time. I’m worried that after I start populating the FAQs, that one of the Categories will behave like this and I’ll have to start over again.
I’d appreciate any help that any of you can provide.
In this excerpt, the top one is not working (validated the cat_names are all spelled correctly).

The current version does not allow you to embed shortcodes within the FAQ pages. Would it be possible to add this functionality to the next version?

I want to have the option to have a red, yellow or green color for each faq post. Instead of choosing a color theme. This will allow my readers to know the difficulty level for each question.
Also I would love to know if I could make some of the faqs only available to certain viewers. (This would allow our ‘help desk’ to have all information in the same location yet not let our customers get into the answers that require advanced code work.)
I am a newbie to WP, so if possible please provide detailed advice. I really appreciate it!

Just installed your Aspire Smart FAQ plugin on WordPress 3.7.1 and everything is working correctly apart from fact that I am unable to separate each paragraphs within a questions with a line break. All the lines are bunched-up together.

I created 8 FAQ articles but when entering the shortcode [multi_faq] it only shows the first 4 on the page.
I tried to change admin > settings > reading but I could not find any reading section, neither in the global WP settings nor the “Aspire FAQ” settings. I assume there is a simple setting I have to change but I dont know where on my WP-version…
]]>So I have created all my FAQ posts and added them all to their respective categories. I have added the widgets to the sidebar, but when I add the categories to the widget, I get nothing on the page but a title that says “FAQs”. Same for single FAQs. Please help. I have added the category by simply typing in the category name. I have tried typing in the slug, I have tried adding just the single FAQ ID #. Nothing. Any help is appreciated,.

Is there anyway to show the page content before the FAQs. I have put the FAQs short code [multi_faq] after the content but the content is still displayed at the bottom of the page.
