Hi,
Nothing is working anymore since V4.6.
No future dates, no past dates.
The feedurl= option is also not working.
I use the plugin, within a widget with the shortcodes.
For the time being I used the iframe option, but the layout is bad.
Please let me know how to fix this, or is it a bug irt V4.6?

Kind regards,
Max
Currently the ArtistDataPress widget displays only “There are no shows currently scheduled”, even though there are shows in the XML feed. I think it stopped working about the time I upgraded to WP 4.6. I’ve disabled all caching on my site to make sure that’s not an issue, the show information has not changed in several weeks, so I don’t think the problem is ArtistDataPress internal caching.

feed: https://artistdata.sonicbids.com//dan-tappan/shows/xml/future
in the AD back end, there’s a ‘show posters’ area where I can upload an image file. I need that to show on the plugin’s options so I can have it show on my site. Any way to do that?
]]>I just downloaded this plugin for use on this page: https://paulsjourneymusic.com/tour/
My client already has a mature artistData profile so I am just trying to get it working on the site for them. I have tried flush the cache in the settings panel, in my browser, to no avail. I have tried adding the feed to the short-code as well. Some support would be appreciated.
]]>love the plugin’s compatibility and easy customisation – thank you.
i’m finding that old shows do not drop off the feed though, and that the plugin is displaying shows from furthest away to nearest in time, whereas convention is almost exclusively to do the opposite (soonest show first).
the “more shows” link at the bottom simply refreshes the page so i have had to remove it (display:none;) and ask the plugin to show more entries than would even be active at any one time to ensure all shows are visible.
are these settings i should have found somewhere?

]]>Hi,
I’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin and checked everything I can think of but I’m unable to get the shows to appear in the widget. Any help would be much appreciated. This is the site: https://garystockdale.com
This is the feed URL I’m using: https://feeds.artistdata.com/xml.shows/artist/AR-07903D1DB16FF1BF/xml/future
Thanks!

]]>Hi
When I go to setting–artistdatapress–ArtistDataPress Layouts
I got this error message:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_example_data() in D:\Domains\delorentos.net\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\artistdatapress\artistdatapress.php on line 826
and when i add the widget with classical theme, it shows transparent background from front end.

]]>Hi Slushman,
Great plugin, I love using it! I have two questions:
1. Today I found something strange. I added a show to my artistdata profile, but noticed that my widget does not show it. It only shows 3 shows, while I have 4 planned. The widget is on the home page here: https://www.tantrum.nl/nirvana/
At first it did show on the shows page where I have the [artistdatapress] active. But now it’s also gone there! Shows page: https://www.tantrum.nl/nirvana/?page_id=38
2. On this same shows page: https://www.tantrum.nl/nirvana/?page_id=38 I would love to be able to show the past shows below the upcoming. I did it with the iCal feed from Artistdata now, but is there a way to do it with your plugin, so that the widget on the home page shows only upcoming shows and the shows page shows upcoming shows first and then the past shows below that? That would be awesome!
Thanks a lot and I hope to hear from you soon!

]]>I had this error too. I got around it by changing line 826 in artistdatapress.php to:
$showfeed = '';
Unfortunately the “Custom” layout option will not work even with this mod.
This is kind of a hack, and it will be overwritten by future plugin updates (if indeed there are any, which doesn’t seem likely).
I am disappointed with the lack of support on this plugin. The previous thread about the above error was closed without any resolution, and there are multiple complaints on the board that are closed or ignored with no reply from the developer. It seems the developer lacks resources to commit to supporting his creation, which is sad. Maybe someone else can step up to the plate. I wish I could but I don’t yet know enough about plugin development.
]]>Hi,
No shows are displaying on this website: https://juliantaylorband.com/
and I can’t figure out why. The artist’s ArtistData page has shows listed, and I’m sure I have the feed URLs correct. I don’t know what to do, any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.

I’m using the XML feed for future shows but the old dates aren’t dropping off.
]]>When I upgraded to WordPress 3.7 the ArtistDataPress plugin stopped working – it always displays “no shows currently scheduled” even though there are several on my calendar, which did display prior to the upgrade.
]]>Firstly, sorry for my english and for my knowledge of programing, I am starting in this…
I want to show the others 3 artists from concerts, but with “$show->otherArtists->name” I am only able to show the first of all. Do you know how to show all the others artists?
I don′t have any web to show by the moment because I am working in local server but I am modifying the clasic.php archive to show others artists.
thanks!
]]>Starting this past Saturday, the past shows are not going away. So it is not updating. I went to settings, I noticed this fatal error message in the layouts window: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_example_data() in /hermes/waloraweb095/b2842/moo.unclejon/flatcats/2012-site/wp-content/plugins/artistdatapress/artistdatapress.php on line 826
All the setting are correct. Nothing had been changed and it was previously working fine. Please advise.

]]>Hello hope you can help on the following:
We have installed the ArtistData Plugin and its working great and we have modified the layout to look the way the client wants it to look like.
https://www.kevinjames.com/standup-dates/
We have Date, Time Location and show displaying the way we want it which is great.
Question now is how can I link the Map Address to the image left of the tickets link.
Also the last show of June 9, I added the address info into ArtistData but then the text becomes a link and says “xxxxx – map” Is there a way to have the location not linkable and have the map image link to the address location.
Hope you can help.
Thank you,
Marcelo
Hi,
This is easily one of the best plugins out there. Works as expected, and looks great.
This is more of a feature request, but it is to have the option to turn on/off some social sharing buttons similar to WordPress’ JetPack or ShareThis for each show listed.
Just a thought ??

Not sure how to fix this.
]]>My dates are being displayed, but they are not up to date. I added a new show and made changes to an old show, but they are not being displayed on my web site. If I look at the xml feed I have configured for ArtistDataPress, it shows all the correct information.
Why is ArtistDataPress not picking up the changes?
]]>I have no upcoming shows, but instead of “There are no shows currently scheduled.” being displayed as filled in at the Display No Shows Message? field there is an empty calendar entry similar to the one used as an example in the ArtistDataPress Layouts tab.
Just installed version .6 and this started happening.
]]>Hi,
I’m using the latest version of the ArtistDataPress plugin (0.6) with WordPress 3.5.1. When I install the plugin and use the shortcode, I only see a ‘More Shows’ link on the events page along with the Artist Data logo. No matter which feed I use from Artist Data, no events are displayed.
If I use the sidebar widget, however, the events are displayed just fine (within the widget). Could you please help me sort this out? Are there any tweaks I need to make to the plugin?
Thanks!

hi
why would the ticket link only show up if a price is specified in the AD shows data? what if i dont want to show the price?
thanks

the most recent AD is showing “no state” instead of just not showing a state. why?
also, how does one have separate styling for a sidebar widget vs a full page listing?
thanks!

Please help me ASAP!
]]>Hi there,
Apologies for another question! My gig dates (which are now displaying correctly on the gigs page using the shortcodes) are appearing in the wrong order in the homepage widget.
I’ve set it to show 5 gigs, but it’s only showing the first 5 gigs we played (last April). Is there anyway I can change this? Or make the widget only show future gigs (as with the shortcode on the gigs page)?
Here is a link:

Thanks very much,
Martin
