I have bought the plugin and it does not work, I want to get my money back because the support doesn’t help me at all. On your website you promise 14 days trial and you have not returned the money
]]>Arrow Twitter Feed plugin used to run correctly shortly after install. Now experiencing problems -> plugin loading ~50% of the time, or not loading at all, like this weekend.
I’d like to upgrade to Premium with additional features, however the current plugin function does not look promising. Could you plese fix it?

]]>I am working with a https website where I am getting http images from twitter as follows:
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dn5cHiDXgAAb2-2.jpg
So I am getting error like:
jquery-2.1.1.min.js?ver=2.1.1:3 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.xyz.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dn5cHiDXgAAb2-2.jpg’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
Is there any way to get https version version as like below:
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dn5cHiDXgAAb2-2.jpg
The plugin is working great in all browsers except firefox where only the profile pics of the twitter accounts are not showing up. Thanks for any help!

We just install and configure the plugin but the images of the tweets don’t show up. Can you get back to us to fix this or do you have an explanation ?
Thanks !
]]>When the plugin loads the tweets some of the images don’t show up. Why ?
]]>The plugin does not show the twitter feed any more. It was working fine a week ago, and we made no changes since then. Is there some change that twitter may have made their end?
]]>Not a big deal, but it looks like you forgot to update the version number to 1.3.4 in twitter-feed-by-arrowplugins.php, so the plugin keeps indicating it needs an update (unless the version number is changed manually).
]]>hi, would it be do-able somehow to redo the shortcode model, that instad of a number, it would be fine to put the twitter username there? This way, the feed could be generated for different users automatically.
Thanks for your input!
I’m testing this plugin here: https://52.43.252.252/nroc/
It just spins and says “Loading”. Not sure what to do here….there aren’t any options I can see to adjust. Any ideas?
]]>This code is this plugin’s CSS interferes with default theme code:
/* Text styles */
.entry-content img{
margin: 0 !important;
}
All the images on my site would not align properly when I installed this plugin because when its CSS is loaded in the head, it negates all the .entry-content img margin styling within the theme.
.entry-content img is used by the majority of theme developers, so this is a serious problem.
When I deactivated this plugin, all my image alignments returned to what is stated in my theme’s CSS.
You need to preface it with “.social-feed-element” (…I did this and it corrected the problem) and then upgrade the plugin.
Outside of this issue, this is an excellent plugin!
]]>I’m using the pro version and switched to https today and your plugin causes mixed content. Please assist.
]]>Instead of the feed, I got a couple of clickable boxes with only the Twitter-account name, and after clicking opens the twitter account page.
Tested it on different places.
update: ok got it. But it’s not very clear to add checkboxes and call them show/hide. Either call them show or hide.
]]>Hi, after updating your great plugin, a Twitter Feed plugin of 7 years ago replaced your plugin. After deactivating that one and install yours again the plugin works again.
Thanks! Erik
