Hi,
is there a way to hide the file location of the gltf-files, that are displayed in the viewer? Currently, I can easily detect this with the developer tools of the browser and then download the file. This is a big issue, as we sell products with protected design, and a lot of that protected information is in the 3d-files. Sorry, in case I miss some obvious solution …

]]>Hello,
I have the pro version installed successfully however nothing is showing on the product page. I tested on my staging site switching to both a default Elementor and WP theme and deactivated almost every plugin with no luck.
I’m just assuming after adding a model a button auto shows on the product?
I have a temporary login link but don’t see a way to securely share that here.

]]>I’ve imported the GLB and USDZ models. When I view the models on my computer, they are perfect. However, on my website, this is not the case. In fact, I can’t move the model 360 degrees like on my computer, and in AR mode on my cell phone, the model is lying on the ground and I can’t get it to stand up straight. What’s more, it’s in 1% aperture, so you can’t see it unless you enlarge it to 1,000%. Can you please help me?
]]>Hi,
I have installed your plugin, AR for woocommerce(free version). When we take a product and add the AR plugin shortcode in product description, it shows the product’s original image in frontend. It doesn’t show the 3D model in frontend. Why? Please reply

]]>Hi,
I have translated the description from this plugin (and also the one from AR for WordPress) into Spanish. However, I have realized that both plugins are not well internationalized, so I can’t translate the plugins itself. If you want to make your plugins ready to translate, you may want to read this article from the official plugin developer’s Docs: How to Internationalize Your Plugin
Hope it helps to make your plugins even better!
]]>Can the plugin be used in multi vendor e-commerce woocommerce plugins like WCFM so that vendors registered on your website, can be able to upload their own 3d model for their product?

I installed the free version, but when I go to the product page, it says I exceeded the allowed number of models, but I haven’t used one model. It seems like a bug.
]]>Hi,
i just wanted to try out the plugin and got the following issues:
1. STL Upload is possible but when selecting the STL i get an error message stating that the file format is not supported (even though it is listed in the error message as supported)
2. I converted it to an GLB file and tried with that. That is selectable but for some reason the plugin only uses the display picture of the product as a AR model.
Any advice on what i am doing wrong?
wordpress is 5.8.2
Plugin Version 2.1.9
How do you have the dimensions showing for a model by default?
There are no default settings for this.
Also should allow disabling full-screen on the desktop as some themes are not supported it just breaks the page.
How do you get the license key for the app? The link you have posted on the plugin https://augmentedrealityplugins.com/ does not work.

Thought I would try out the free plugin before committing to the professional version. When creating the product and importing the 3d model it does not show the thumbnail unlike the png textures which are displayed. Looks like the 3d model is not stored after saving changes.
Please advice.
Thanks
Andrew
]]>hi, I was happy to find your plugin and started with testing. But your app on the appstore always says ” misconfiguration” – I’m just able to close it. The latest ios updates are installed. So I was not able to test it.
I’m very interested to use your plugin at https://greencitylive.com
