Updated to 4.5.2 and now I get an error “Cannot redeclare class WP_AppStore_Widget” (example: https://www.handheldhollywood.com/wp-content/plugins/appstore/AppStore.php?appid=450897381). I’ve tried downgrading to previous version, but that no longer works either. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. No good. Everything worked perfectly before the update.

No idea what’s wrong since nothing else has changed. Can you help?

I enjoy using this plugin, but would like to have an indicator if the specific app is just for iphone, ipad or universal natively. E.g. an iphone/ipad/universal badge as apple does it on each individual app page or just plain text instead of the app author.

Whenever I click the ‘Download’ link in the iTunes-app which is shown on my website through your plugin, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘trafficminer_widget’ not found in /home/xxx/xx/gadgetgoeroe.nl/public_html/wp-includes/widgets.php on line 324

What does this ‘trafficminer_widget’ got to do with your plugin? I think it’s of Sharexy which I use for the social media buttons.

I have been using this plugin for a while and for now everything was ok.

From first day I try to see the images of the apps in a container with horizontal scroll, but i couldn’t. That wasn’t a big problem until today. Now all the images appear one below the other without the container.

Hi, I am having same issue on my two websites. One website is running on WordPress 3.3.1, other one on 3.3.2 …
When I click on download links, it gives error. Widget or normal [app id] codes, every download links give error.

here is the error:

Let me start by saying I love this plugin.

However i’ve had an issue with my RSS feeds lately and it’s been driving me nuts
I narrowed it down to appstore plugin seems it whacking out my RSS feeds and other services I use like ifttt.com

When i do a RSS feed verification my feeds pass fine but shows an error with app store’s code in it.

Any body know how to fix this?

After upgrading to 4.4.6 this started to happen.

Its in old posts, not in new ones.

Hi guys, I have made tests which pointed that AppStore Links plugin seems to be making my site slower. Basically when I turn the plugin on, the server first response goes up to 8 seconds before loading the page.

I have my iTunes-Store Country set as United States, and the Language set as English. If I use:

This information comes out in English, but if I use:

For several days I noticed that the plugin makes my Web not work, the pages do not load. I installed the latest version of the plugin but still does not work. Even from a fresh install.

With the plugin activated, there are times it works and others in which the web is impossible to load.

I posted some of this at the end of a supposedly resolved issue thread.

I recently installed the Appstore Links plugin. I cannot get it to work it just outputs “Artikel wurde nicht gefunden” in place of the called data.

The developer suggests a number of things including allow_url_fopen =on. Most hosts will not allow this and and this kind of url collection is weak compared to Curl.

I have tried in php.ini and .htaccess but it doesn’t overide the server settings in .htaccess it gives a 500 error

I guess this is because allow_url_fopen is supposed to be an injection security risk.

Will it be impossible for me to get this plugin to work? Should i give up now, is there an alternative
