We’re currently in the process of rebuilding a client’s website. While we’re doing this on our development server, the Live version of the website is still running, and bookings are being made. Once we’re done and the client is satisfied with the website’s new version, we will replace the Live environment with the version of the website thats currently on our Development server.

We know it’s possible to export the bookings from the Live site once we’re done with Development, but how do we import the exported bookings oncemore?

I have seen the advantages of using WebHook, I would like to connect it with zapier to send whatsapp in 3 types of messages,
1 when a reservation is registered.
2 in the reminder is reserved.
3 after the end of the appointment.

The plugin has to enter multiple WebHook URLs
But I don’t know in which case of the 3 it applies or in which case it can work for me.
I have the plugin installed, and I can do this in a service that I pay for with Doctoralia, although I want to stop using it and transfer everything to this plugin.
I also have the Calculated Fields Form Platinum license, which is wonderful, with that I want to complement other parts that I am missing.

Testing my calendar, I filled in the fields but when I enter the letters for CAPTCHA my site says they are incorrect. Any ideas?

Why would the Basic version REQUIRE going through PayPal?? I simply need users to be able to book an appointment (no cost). I finally get it confgured to function as I require and then I go to do a test appointment and it doesn’t work because of the stupid PayPal thing. This seems very inane as I would think most people just want to be able to let their customers book an appointment. The PayPal thing should be a feature of one of your paid versions… or perhaps making it part of Basic is a way to make us buy a paid version.

I’m trying to use the Special Dates feature but it’s not overwriting the default time-slots inherited from the weekday for the selected dates. I REALLY need this feature so can you help me to figure out why it’s not overwriting the default time-slots for the selected dates please.

Experiencing a Call to undefined function create_function() in appointment-booking-calendar fatal error when the php version is 8 or above. At 7.4 it does not occur. The plugin version i s 1.3.79/8.2.27 and WP 6.3.1
Currently have the site on the older php version as it is a live site. Here’s the exact error. Note that in php 8 and above, create_function is removed. This needs to be fixed.

I would like to offer my appointments free of charge. Can I deselect any payment feature in the Professional version so that people can just book an appointment for free?

I have training classes, but I want the calendar to only show date(s) when I have made a class available to book. Is this possible, or will the calendar show all days no matter what?

I need a booking plugin that covers these following things:

1 – Hourly booking (Individual customers): We have one room and we can serve 6 people at a time. We might expand our max capacity in the future, but it is for six people at the moment. We would also want the opportunity to limit the max capacity to less people during some days.

Service hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 (9AM to 5PM). Maximum capacity throughout each day (Mon-Fri) is 6 people per. time slot.
Example:
2 people order 2 hours from 09-11.
4 people order 3 hours from 09-12.
Then the time slot from 09-11 is fully booked, but from 11:00 (11AM), then 2 people must be able to appoint a service from 11:00 and later.

Time slots are from (min) two hours, but extends to 8 hours. If the clock is 15:00 (3PM), they can not order an 8 hour service that day. But if someone wants to order a two hour stay that day from 15:00 to 17:00 (3PM to 5PM), they must be able to do so.

2 – Hourly booking for groups: Same process here as first point. But here we have groups of 2 (min) to 6 (max), up to 8 hours.

3 – Overnight stays: Up to 7 days. One room, maximum four people. And only one customer can order up to 4 people, as we do not want different customers sharing the one room allotted.
So one customer can book the room for themselves, or for up to four people.

4 – Packages: We need to be able to offer packages to the customers. Customers need to be able to allocate their hours however they see fit.
Example: 10, 20, 30 and 40 hour packages for a set price. Customer buys a 10 hour package, then wants to put 3 hours in week 1, then 7 hours in week 2.

5 – Discounts: Plugin needs to be able to give discounts for each package and service. Optimal solution is to be able to give bigger discounts the more people and more nights/hours they choose.

6. Remote help if needed.

Also is it possible to give the customer the option to cancel the appointment? If I check with wp-cli it says, version is higher than expected, because as I saw in changelos, newest version should be 1.3.76? Also query-monitor is showing errors in this plugin – because of that I expect it to be outdated but not really sure.
