This plugin is crap. We bought this to replace a free plugin that is no longer supported. Tried for days to get this running and looked like something out of the 1990’s. Replaced it with a [another form plugin] and it is responsive and modern. When I went to there site to make sure I did not get charged for another year the site was done.

My customers bought three of their add-ons for this plugin. And despite them being entitled to support, WP Reloaded only responded once, submitting a bugfix for an add-on we didn’t buy, and after that never got back to my countless e-mails regarding bugs and inconsistencies in this plugin and the add-on plugins as well. If you look for a solid plugin that does work and your business depends on it, better think twice.

I would give this product 0 stars if I could. Never worked since it was purchased. Was not able to submit applications. When registering, the user is not sent an email. The user needs to reset their password after registering just to access their account. Additionally we paid for the Applicant Tracking Add-On which was never able to be utilized since applications could not be submitted. What a complete waste of time and money!

Super Lightweight and Nice Plugin with excellent Support.
I gave it a 4 out of 5, because of 2 reasons which i think would be fixed in any of the coming updates:
1. There’s a small bug while posting an ad at the back-end, The “Ad Feature” refreshes and discards the ad feature data after editing a published ad post.
2. A Front-end ad submission form would be an excellent feature for community based sites.
All round, It’s a great, flexible and useful plugin for a variety of applications.

I’m lucky in that I managed to get the addon for half price. I should have tested the plugin before buying the addon. This plugin is barely functional. I tried to add a paragraph as part of an application and once I added it, it would not let me move it or edit it. I could not move/rearrange any of the fields around. I have tried several other application and form builders and by far this is the worst in terms of drag and drop ability to design a form. The only reason I tried it is for the PDF export capability and since I can’t even get the MAIN plugin to work, I have no reason to continue on.

Your Plugins is good and helpful. But your form cv up-loader not working. When I upload a cv (.docx and other format ) generate an error ( An unexpected error occurred with error code: 200 OK. Please contact us for more information).

This plugin appeared to be everything I needed in terms of employee recruitment – it allows applicants to upload resumes and portfolios, it tracks applicant records and allows one to evaluate candidates within WordPress. The problem: the whole world can see all of it.
Most notably, this plugin is not GDPR compliant, not Google compliant and not Bing compliant. Supposing you can actually get a properly formatted job advertisement to appear on your site, know that when an applicant uploads a resume or other personal information to your site, the documents are stored in your WP uploads folder, which is accessible by anyone, anywhere, anytime. The author’s suggested plugin to protect this folder hasn’t been updated in three years and has not been tested for use in several recent WP versions. This condition alone will expose any business or entity in the EU or U.S. to potential legal action.
Other issues:
*The plugin is not easy to install and requires a lot of patience.
*The plugin causes conflicts with other plugins. (If after reading this you still want to purchase, back-up your WP site first.)
*The plugin adds periods to your text where unnecessary and removes them from where you put them.
*The author will not accommodate refunds.
*You cannot have more than one field of the same name or question. So, if you are asking for three references and desire a name, address, phone and relationship field for each reference, you’ll need to label accordingly (e.g. Reference Name 1, Reference Address 1 and so on.; This is further exacerbated when considering you need to know the address of the candidate. Yep, another wonky label.) And these labels are exactly what your potential candidates will see – they cannot be changed.
I ended up using a Google Sheet and Google Form (free). The results are directed to a .pdf and the .pdf is emailed to me. I used the Google Add-on called Form Publisher.

I did a fair amount of research for a wordpress plugin to help manage the open positions on our site. Found a number of good plugins but they have not been updated for years. Then I found one which was really good but with subscription based pricing, was out of budget for us. “Apply Online” plugin is the best available in the market for managing job board for a small company, on a budget, on their wordpress site.
Frahan, the developer, has been extremely prompt in replying to my support requests.
PS: Besides the free plugin, I have also bought the paid add-ons which I think are more than worth their price.

UPDATE:
Great plugin, and excellent support. At first, I had a problem with the reCAPTCHA add-on (see below), but Farhan responded and resolved the problem quickly. It works perfectly now. I love this plugin.
RESOLVED:
I purchased, installed and activated the “Apply Online Captcha” add on for the “Apply Online” plugin.
After filling in an “Apply Online” form I created and completing the “I’m not a robot” test, clicking the “Submit” button, produced this error message every time:
“Human verification failed.”
Is this a problem with the “Apply Online Captcha” add on? Can it be fixed?
