I need to use a google font that I am using for the rest of my site for the animated counter text and numbers. Can I change this in the custom CSS Code Settings (please provide code) or can you tell me how to add it to the drop down menu in the plugin settings for the Title and Number. I want to use Red Hat Display (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Red+Hat+Display). I have the premium version of the plugin.

I’m using Counter #2 at my site. Is there a way to change the background image to Fixed? The parallax setting makes the image blurry on an iPad. Thank you!

I bought the pro version specifically to be able to add pre and suffixes but it does not seem to be working. Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Great plugin you have ! Been playing with it but i have 2 issues.
– Suffix and prefix do not display (i’m trying to input €)
– when i try to changer value of thousand separator i typed 1 instead o f. and everything froze…I had to login again in adlin and delete the template. No worries if i take my gloves off and type . instead of a figure !

I created a counter (with no icons) but the counter is affecting the other fa-icons on the page. It is displaying them at about half their actual size or less. How is this happening?

I am trying to rename one of the Counter Templates that I duplicated in order to keep the same settings. For example, the first Counter I made was titled ‘Baseball Test 1’ and after duplicating it, the new one is called ‘Baseball Test 1-copy’ and I cannot figure out how to edit the name.

This is overall a great plugin but would love to be able to edit the names of templates!

I am using custom immages. So there is no need to connect to cloudflare to use awesome fonts.
I also do not want the script to connect to googleapis to get Google fonts.
Using the regular font, which is used on my site is fine.

How and where to make these changes?

I have a problem that the counter is working in a Desktop version of the website, in a mobile look stays on 1 ( the first value )

I have deleted the plugin, installed the previous versions, made everything new… everything without success

Any Ideas how to resolve the problem?

My counter resets everytime i scroll into view is there a way to disable this?

I’ve just bought the pro license.

I’ve started working with the plug in. I’e watched the video. When I click ‘Add/Edit Counters’, expecting to be able to edit the content of the counter, I am only able to switch counters on and off, I can edit the contents?.

Changing the order of the items in Rearrange Counter I can see the preview changing but nothing happens in the front end of the page.

why does every word start with a capital letter?

Just installed your plug-in which was super easy. I got it all set up but the right-most box is always taller than the other 2. I’ve changed the order of the counter profiles but the right-most is always taller.

At the beginning I was able to see a Preview at the bottom. But once I removed the 3 demo ones and added 8 new ones. The preview stopped working and nothing was shown on the page (yes I placed the shortcode) please help

We have been using your plugin for a few weeks.
All of the sudden, it stopped working and all I get, as you can see from the site I put it up, is a “Not found” notice.

We are running php 7.4 on the site – so it should be okay on that issue.

BTW, it worked perfectly until a couple of days ago.
