This is an impressive plugin, but I’m getting inconsistent performance across different platforms.
I’ve added numerous instances to the various elements on my web pages and these all work well on my iPhone (Safari & Chrome), iPad (Safari & Chrome) and my PC (Windows 10, Chrome).
However, on my iMac (M1, Sequoia 15.3.1) both Chrome and Safari are having problems with a few pages.
For example, on the School Promotional Video page, the first few instances of Animate on Scroll work well, but with the sections from “Our School Promotional Video Price Guide” onwards, the animations are NOT showing.
Is there some incompatibility with other plugins on my site (WordPress 6.7.2) – e.g. Media Grid – or is there another reason?
I would really like to fix this if possible. Thanks.
Impressive plugin but I’m not seeing the Animate on Scroll effects working properly on all platforms.
Everything displays fine on my iPad and iPhone (OS 18.3.1) using Safari and Chrome .
Everything displays fine on my PC (Windows 10) with Chrome (133.0.6943.127.
BUT, on my iMac (M1, Sequoia 15.3.1), both Chrome (133.0.6943.127) and Safari (18.3) are having issues with multiple instances of the plugin code on the lower sections of some of my website pages.
With the “School Promotional Video” page, both browsers display the animation effects correctly down to the section called “Sixth Form” (which fades in to the right). After that, none of the remaining sections on the page will Animate on Scroll.
Why is this? Why is everything animating fine on iPad, iPhone and my PC but the iMac is unhappy?
Is there an incompatibility somewhere with another plugin I am using on my website or is it my WordPress version (6.7.2)?
I would really like to fix this. Thanks.
Hey!
Got recommend your plugin today and I like it.
Do you have any plans to add support for the trigger and offset feature of the AOS library?
Greetings

Hi there support team!
I really love this plugin!
Big issue though: the lower the elements on the page, the sooner they get triggered up until the point where the animation starts before they are even into view… (“offset”:”0″)
Please help me out on this one!
Kind regards, Peter
Hii, I love this plugin so far! But is there a way to make a scroll animation like the page I linked. So the image gets a bit smaller when you scroll, until a certain point and then it just becomes a normal scroll.
If not how could I make something like that?
Thank you in advance ??
Hi!
I was keen to use AOS on my new website project. I am using Elementor Pro with Hello-Theme, installed & activated the AOS plugin, added aos-flip-up to a heading’s CSS Classes setting – but no animation at all, when I view the page.
When I inspect the page source, I can see that the headings have the “data-aos=”flip-up” assigned to them, but there is no other aos-related code on the page (not sure whether this is right).
Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Cheers,
Steffen
Hi,
WordPress 6.5 / PHP version 8.2.13. / AOS 1.0.6
I get an error on debug.log:
PHP Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property AOSWP_init::$buffer is deprecated in */wp-content/plugins/animate-on-scroll/includes/init.php on line 1069
I’ve noticed that the only way to get animations working on pages is if a block on the page has the aos class added to a block within the Block Editor interface.
I’ve been using the oas- classes or aos-data attributes within custom blocks or php templates (page.php, header.php), and it has not been detected unless I do the above.
Any workaround?
I add the animation “aos-slide-down” to slide down a Header Image, this one is as Background in a Block defined as atachment fixed that the background image when the page is scrolling the doesn’t sroll with the page an stay fix. But when “aos-slide-down” is add as CSS it scrolls with the page, when I delete the “aos-slide-down” it works.
What could be the problem
Hello, I really like the AOS library but I dont understand how to get it to start with elementor. Do I need to initialize it, or does it work from out of the box? And also what class should I put the tag in in elementor? Thanks ??
Hi, i have installed the plugin and i add the classes to the elements. I paste also the add_filter code on the function.php file. But when i scroll up the animation doesn’t reset. How can do that?
Hi! nice work.
Combined with the Query Loop Block the whole content does not return. Leaving a

with nothing in between.

Hi,
on certain type of pages (i.e. 404, empty search result) plugin generates PHP warning: Attempt to read property “post_content” on null in animate-on-scroll/includes/init.php on line 970.
