it worked very well but since we activated the CDN we have had incorrect data and above all we have few visits. You can check if the plugin is hindered/disinhibited by the CDN

This error notice on the admin dashboard has been there for around a week now – even with the latest version (just updated)
Just thought that you should know, and also that I’ve been into all of the AI settings

Instead of the analytics being opened inside a modal, it is opening at the bottom of the page and shows these errors:
https://i.imgur.com/r3vAvqS.png
https://i.imgur.com/dB77tkO.png
So when you click on the Analytics menu at the top of any page on the site, the popup modal only loads at the very bottom of the page. Also, the page titles and screen name views are no longer reporting to Google Analytics and all traffic is now recorded as “not set”. This started occuring about a week ago.
The JavaScript error is also occurring within the plugin files. I initially thought the issue was related to SureCart, but it seems it is the Analytics Insights – Google Analytics Dashboard for WordPress plugin and I was redirected by SureCart to contact you.
When I uninstall or revert SureCart to an older version, the issue gets resolved.
Can you please take a look? Thank you.
]]>For some time now, the statistics have been inaccurate, not displaying all pages and users (I have compared with GA4 and other plugins, and the data are different from those shown by Analytics Insight).
Today, it shows me two pages in two languages that are NOT on my website…
I checked, and there is no new page/post in those languages.
Can all of the data blocks be displayed on a forward/public facing page, rather than the private WP dash?

Hello, I noticed recently (perhaps after an update of the theme or your plugin) that I cannot edit my text elements in the back end. Any other element is fine, but not the text. When I deactivated your plugin, it works again. I wonder if you can look into this please? It is happening with all sites that have your plugin and the avada theme.
Thank you for your help.
It would be great to allow an option/setting to input other configuration values for the tracking script. We often need to include Google Ads remarketing tag: gtag('config', 'AW-1645116xxxx');
and currently have to use a filter in code. But adding through dashboard would be much more flexible. I understand we could use Google Tag Manager or similar, but since GADWP is already handling the script, it feels better to keep it there.
I am seeing this fatal error in my logs, even though I am not seeing any actual problems on my site:
Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::esc_like() in [URI removed]wp-content/plugins/analytics-insights/tools/tools.php on line 188\n’
Once again, I am on WordPress 3.7.41 and PHP 5.6.40.

]]>Hi,
When I try to authorise your plug by the normal method, I get this API error:
The SSL certificate for the host could not be verified.
I don’t know why this is – I am using Cloudflare with one of their origin certificates on my server, in strict mode with authenticated origin pulls enabled.
So I tried the developer method. I put in my site’s home page as the redirect URL, but when I try to activate this way, I get the following error:
Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch
So what URI should I be using?
]]>A sudden decline in the stats made me wonder if this was an analytics issue or just a decline in stats. But as the number of clicks registered on Google Overview is higher than the number shown in Analytics I guess there is an issue with this plugin.
]]>Until recent changes the first choice in properties was “disabled” – now I do not see that possibility anymore.
In multisite setups that setting is useful in specific situations. Is it possible to bring it back?
Since my other thread was marked as “resolved”…
I dunno if it’s due to the update, but the plugin is now showing me twice as many visitors in the “real-time” view compared to when I check in GA4.
It’s not correct anymore. The plugin is showing me a total of 1000 visitors, but the breakdown is (which is closer to the truth):
Desktop: 91
Mobile: 460
Tablet: 2
For whatever reason, the plugin is not showing me real-time stats anymore. Updated to 6.0.2 and thought it was that, so I rolled back to 6.0.1 and still the same problem. Checking GA4 I have hundreds of visitors currently as I have at any given point, but your plugin shows me 0 now.
Obviously tried to disconnect and reconnect but nothing works.

]]>Hi, GA4 seems to be disconnected very often and for three of our sites where we use your plugin. I just clicked Report and reset errors so you should have it somewhere, hopefully.
It’s like every two or three days it’s just losing the connection even though it seems to be connected. I must revalidate it.

]]>Hi
We use to use GAinWP, but that stopped being updated.
So we used this one. But this now has problems too.
I connected it to our website, and when I choose GA4, and Save, it Disables and locks the GA4, and Enables only Unversal Analytics, which is defunct.
So at this time, I have no way to use this plugin to track and monitor stats on the website.

Hello,
In the dashboard, practically all the time the graph loads the cached version. I think it works for one or maximum two days and then it loads only the old cached version with old dates (easily 5 days old and new days missing)…

Karel

i update the plugin but i see the graph for 30 days always with the same date…

Hi. Will delayed stats (day) from G4A be the norm?
Is maby something wrong with the plugin?
I’ve had your plugin and G4A for a week now.
I know G4A changed the real-time display and we can’t help it (30 minutes sucks), but could other stats not be delayed?

]]>Hi, As many were no doubt, i was pressurised by Google to switch to GA4 last month. Done that, but now have a GA4 alongside a legacy UA property. In the dashboard reports, i’d like to show both so that the new property picks up where the old one left off.
I’m using double tracking but i’m only able to view one propert at a time. Have i got it all wrong? Do i need to track the old account just to see the data? Seems wrong.
Thanks for any help and also for your hard work on the plugin!
]]>I use this very good plugin for reporting options only. Tracking Code is inserted by my cookie consent plugin. Because of this i alway had the “Tracking Code” – “Basic Option” as “Disabled”.
With installing the update, it changed to Analytics 4 without asking. So i tried to change back zu “Disable” but saving the options did not change it. After reload, it is again activated to include the code in header.
]]>Hi Friends!
I have set up AIWP, working properly but I find some different(useless) data displaying to those of the sample screenshots here on your intro page with “Blue color” caption
I use G4 data tracking, backend display, but say, if I set “Last 7 days” and “Sessions”view“, the metrics are not containing ‘Organic search‘ and ‘Page load time’ but “Engagement Rate” and “Engaged Sessions” instead.
As Bounce rate is also displayed, the Engagement rate is useless or vica versa as they are comlementer numbers. (their sum is 100%.)
Is there any settings to gain, under G4, the the same data that are seen on the mentioned sample sccreenshot?
I guess the missing 2 data are indispensible for proper website care.
Have a nice day!
Ps: Thanks for creating this super, free plugin!
