Why can I not access the employee panel? I’m trying to integrate Amelia Appointments calendar into my WordPress site. It said I get this plugin free with wp business, so I upgraded to that. Now I have to pay additionally for further access to your plugin? Not very “free” at all is it?
Not a good start. If I cant use your app then I dont need wp business do I ? And if I need wp business to use your app it isnt Free is it? And If its “free” why do I have to pay wp and then pay you an additional amount?
I’m a casual business man, I’m not going to be doing very many appointments or sales, if any. I’m looking for simple appointment booking functionality. Can I not integrate Amelia into WP Business to use the booking app???

A client of mine does workshops with customers. She wants a booking system that is able to have customers book 2 sessions (Session A and Session B) together. The booking of the two sessions combined is mandatory (you cant just book one session) and there also has to be a timeframe of 3 weeks between the sessions (Session A comes first, then 3 or more weeks later, comes Session B). Is this possible with Amelia, and how? I’ve tried a lot of things, but I can’t seem to get it to work.
Ideally the customer should get the option to book session A, select a date and then automatically have a date for session B show up (with the timeframe of 3 weeks after session A greyed out so they can’t select it). Afterwards the customer should also be able to say with how many people they will be attending, with payment being calculated for the amount of people in the party (5people = 5×20 = 100 euros).

]]>I have the problem that the Amelia booking 2.0 does not load automatically, only when the site will be refreshed. I run Amelia under the Bridge Theme which supports Amelia.
Also the catalog booking form. I dont know what to change. Also the german translation does not work, it has been but now its away..

But wordpress says: ?Page cache was detected, but server response time is still slow��
2 client cache response headers were detected: cache-control, expires.
Maybe this is the problem?

I bought Amelia some years ago and it’s working great! Since I dont have any support anymore I try it here:
1) Is there any chance to use the step-by-step form 1.0 and force the customers to choose the service first? I want to ensure that the “worker” is just visible, after the service got picked.
2) I know I can change / translate the labels in the settings. I can change labels like worker, service etc. There is something I can’t change. And thats the label: Any. See here: https://imgur.com/GaHZFev
This means that this gets translated somewhere else. How can I change this label – and I mean just this label? Would love to prevent needing to install WPML which is costing something.

I have configured Amelia to accept payments through Stripe, which works fine. However in Stripe under Transactions and Receipt History it says, “No email address for this payment”. I have set the metadata in Amelia to pass this information to Stripe, but according to Stripe themselves:
“Yes, while there is an email provided. The customer details are not being saved during a payment request made by the interface in Amelia. That is why those are not saved on Stripe end and as a result, no email receipt is sent. You should reach out to Amelia so they can update the integration to save the customer details during the payment. Mainly this guide?https://stripe.com/docs/payments/save-during-payment. That way, the customers’ details can be saved on our end and the email receipts can be sent properly”
Am I the only person experiencing this issue or is there something wrong in the way Amelia is saving payment information?

I am trying to use Amelia to proviode a simple calendar for our tennis club so that members can see what is going on (I’ve attached link to our existing one)
I thought I would be able to use Events, but they seem geared towards bookings and I do not need/want this. I just need to display event details – no bookings – can Amelia be used to do this?
