]]>Hello!
There are many drawings by the estonian artist on our site and we use your plugin for upload them to the cloud. But to organize them into folders, we use another plugin “FileBird”.
And recently the drawings stopped deleting. The delete button does not click. I disabled the folder plugin and the error still does not go away.
I conclude that your plugin is not working properly. What else can I do?
Thank you very much!

]]>Hi Is, there a way to exclude PDFs from offloading? I’m not able to embed them once they are on s3 bucket.
]]>When I implemented the plugin the previous day, it worked perfectly. The next morning, it started giving an issue. I created this loom video to show you: https://www.loom.com/share/f324d2da1477490090b16eb32dc558c0?sid=7192e979-7f7f-41f4-9074-6ce480a2713c
The problem is this: Wheven a page loads, the S3 images load and appear for about 2-3 seconds then disappear. However, you’ll see that the images are still present. It just appears not to be there. You’ll see this when I right click in the video. Is this a bug, or an incorrect setting somewhere.
Is there a solution to this, please?

Hello, for some reason, my media files aren’t showing up in the media library, so WP Offload Media isn’t detecting them. However, I have thousands of articles using images that aren’t listed in the media library. Is there a way to sync those images that aren’t listed? Thank you!

Hi there , Im using the plugin on a Mutlsite installation with no prlblem at all, from a while now. The Issue i have is, with Prefix to Bucket Path on the subsites, they appears with the actual route of the files of the sub site folder: “mi.bucket.com/site/2/xxxxxxxxxx.jpg”
O the main site its working fine and the general setting for the network are set to omit route, just the version is enabled. And files are generated right: “mi.bucket.com/xxxxxxxxxx.jpg”
So .. how can I tweek the plugin to respect the Network settings?
Regards
I added all of the config elements but on next steps (choose or create bucket), I am trying to choose our bucket but it is not seeing it and I am getting “Access Denied to Bucket” and “Error Getting Buckets”…
Does the plugin support roles based keys? Why would this permission error be happening?
followed the instructions to create a service account, added the snippet at the top of my wp-config and logged out to make sure the absolute path was correct. On the plug-in setup page, the snippet was recognized but it kep showing this Settings Locked- someone else has changed settings. Refresh the page. Kept refreshing and it would load for a moment , then show this Settings Locked toast notification. I then opted to try the “store key in db” option with the same results. There was no one else working on the site or changing any settings and I checked the google cloud console to make sure all my same settings were being applied as when I initialized it. Got too frustrated so deleted the plug-in (which I then had to go through and clean up the table it created in the db as well as some rows in other tables it had left).
any ideas what is going wrong if the key file is correct, the snippet in wp-config is correct, and when using the en storage option, the JSON key is correct ?

]]>Hello, I have some questions. I get the following messages in my installation. I’m testing to see if this plugin will help us move a few thousand images to GCS. But something doesn’t seem to work. The .json file was generated and placed in the root of the server. The path was placed in wp-config and these two errors appear:
“Media cannot be offloaded due to missing access keys.” Update access keys
“Media cannot be offloaded due to an unreadable key file.”
Is this due to a problem with the file’s read permissions or what other way could I see if I can fix this and do the relevant tests?
On the other hand, regarding the prices, I understand that it is for file uploads that vary. Does this number of uploads refer to a specific time range? Monthly? Annually? Please let me know.
This is a news website that is migrating to WordPress.
I look forward to your prompt response.
]]>Hi,
My bucket is hosted by Linode, an S3 compatible service, but I am getting an “undefined” error when I try to connect, whilst having double checked the credentials to be correct.
Does this mean this plugin has no support for the Linode service?

image can be uploaded but the object is not passed public-read ACL which resulted in image not being accessible by public.
It’s been working fine for years and all of a sudden, I got this issue. bucket policy has been untouched for a year so. The only change was update on AMI but AMI has been reverted back. The other sites with same updated AMI and same plugin are working fine.
I am using a free version(Version 3.2.5).
If anyone faced the same issue and managed to solve it, pls help!!
]]>Hi, I am offloading my image files to wasbabi but have noticed that webp and heic images and any related thumbnails that have been created by image optimization plugins are not being deleted from our server after being offloaded. Is there a way we can tell WP Offload Media to do this? I noticed previous support questions which mentioned using the tweaks file which I have installed – but not sure where or what to change. Thanks for your assistance.
]]>Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the plugin. I’ve connected the plugin successfully with Google Cloud Storage and tested it by creating a dummy post. The image associated with the post was uploaded to the cloud correctly. However, when I moved the post to Trash and then permanently deleted it, the image still appears in the media library.
My concern is whether the image data is actually being deleted from the cloud storage or not. Could you please confirm if the plugin is supposed to remove the image from Google Cloud Storage when a post is permanently deleted? If it should, is there any configuration or step that I might have missed?
Thanks

]]>Hello,
We have a big website with thousands of posts. Now these posts have thousands of post meta entries.
We’re facing slow queries from the following functions and that is also spiking CPU usage:
does_file_exist_local() – SELECT COUNT ( * ) FROM wp_postmeta WHERE meta_key = ? AND meta_value = ?
and
offload_duplicate_items() – SELECT m . post_id FROM wp_postmeta AS m LEFT JOIN wp_posts AS p ON m . post_id = p . ID AND p . post_type = ? WHERE m . meta_key = ? AND m . meta_value = ? AND m . post_id != ? AND m . post_id NOT IN ( SELECT i . source_id FROM wp_as3cf_items AS i WHERE i . source_type = ? AND i . source_id = m . post_id )
Is there any solution to this? We can’t reduce the number of posts and post meta entries. So either the queries need to be optimized or changed altogether and shifted to a new, properly indexed DB table.
Thanks

s3uswest1://s3cname.com/content/uploads/sites/84/2024/07/22032030/name_new_image-512×512.jpg
and then when running the code it now gives the following errors:

And now this is when my images are on the AWS S3, the same URL is there (but the version ID is missing in the URL for the old images migrated from Digital Ocean to the AWS S3, and the version ID is present as a folder in the S3 bucket). [This is not working]
