In this post amazon affiliate product is not showing. I have checked ASIN number and Amazon Access Key ID all are good but not showing the amazon product. can you please check.

And I am not able to add a new amazon product using the plugin. I am getting this error “Cannot load apipp-add-new”

Hi guys,

my host wants to upgrade to PHP 8.0 but this plugin is showing a conflict. The latest version 5.2.2 is installed. Is anyone else having this issue? Any idea how to resolve it? Or will the plugin perhaps be updated?

Hi,

I am using the plugin with shortcodes for lists of products. Unfortunately prices are mixed up most of the time when I want to show products that are currently discounted, as right now during the amazon prime days.
Most of the time the “price” is the same as the “listprice” or even higher than that in my list instead of displaying the price the product does actually have on amazon right now.

Example:
This is my code:

The first product shows a listprice of 30,24 €, a current price of 34,89 but at the time of the screenshot the actual product price at amazon was 29,33
Same for almost all of the other products.

I have tried several different other element shortcodes from the plugins list already, without any success.

Did anyone else experience such problems and found a solution to display the correct prices?

I’m having some troubling figuring out how to display the price without the sizing information included. Some items include it while others don’t. Unfortunately, I need some of the items that do.

I’d like it to display: $69.00

How do I remove the “($1.08 / Ounce)”?

I really enjoy using the plugin but recently I noticed that products are showing only 1 per column, when it used to show 3 per column. I’ve included some sample code below as well as the link to the page.

I’m using this same format shortcode on many pages on my site, so hopefully there is a way to fix this and show 3 products per row / column without updating every shortcode individually. Thanks!

Every time I try to add a page to my site, I get the error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to edit the _amazon_featured_alt custom field”.

How to change products title from h2 and h3 to h4?

I’ve noticed on pages which display Amazon featured images the favicon is replaced by the Amazon featured image.

I’m just wondering which source I should use for the featured image URL. The URL format and image size varies depending on the source.

For example, the images used in the amazon elements block have the following format: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/....

I can also get the URL directly from the product page on the Amazon website by clicking on the main image which brings up a lightbox with the full sized image. I can then right-click and copy the image address. That URL has the following format: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/....

I think, I found a bug ??

I’m using pluging for UK Amazon. Configured plugin for my UK key. Everything works OK, but sometimes plugin mix US and UK locales.
For example, I use it like:

[amazon-element asin=”B00400OMU0″ fields=”new-price,button” button=”buy-now” locale=”co.uk” partner_id=”xxxxxx-21″]

At the beginning it’s OK. Shows price in “￡” BUT, after a while it changes to “$” (Consequently link of product changes to US amazon also). This is not happening in all products. I think only when a product asin number exist in both US and UK amazon. Tried whithout using “locale” parameters, but no change. Cleared cache and no change again. Do you have any idea for solution?

I’m not sure if this is by design, but when I utilize your plugin’s “Use Amazon Featured Image Functionality?” feature, it replaces my website’s logo in the header as well as the website-icon. I am assuming that the plugin should not do this, am I correct?

Please help as I really like this feature but I do need to be able to see my logo as well as the website’s icon.

I am testing this plug-in and I have problems with its configuration.

I think the products are not displayed as they should, for example the grid.

I’m having frequently the following error at Product Cache page. Consequently nothing displayed at real page.

TooManyRequests – The request was denied due to request throttling. Please verify the number of requests made per second to the Amazon Product Advertising API.

I combined ASIN’s as much as possible to make only one request for amazon API but frequently this is not enough and get this error.

I also noticed that, when a problem occured due to request throttling, it registers to Product Cache as TooManyRequests and even after a few seconds if new costomer enters this page nothing displayed. Because it is marked as TooManyRequests at Product Cache and will not be deleted until cache time ends. I think it is a bit silly. If an error occured, it must not be registered as TooManyRequests permanently (or during cache time).If I delete that registry manually, it is updatig next time loaded.

Do you have any idea how to get rid of or at least make them lesser this request throttling issues? or automatically delete TooManyRequests entries at Product Cache page.

here, FeedbackRating is user rating of product (old style star rating). I tried to grap it via code

but no success. Do you know how to grap FeedbackRating?

I have just notices, that products that have several sellers (that don’t have price shown on the listing page, but have the “Available from these sellers” link – https://1drv.ms/u/s!AozWKq9-RQ9ZgeJBRHus5_3wk_iW8w) on my site appear as “Out of stock” (https://1drv.ms/u/s!AozWKq9-RQ9ZgeJC7iOQAffzZzO3KA).

I don’t recall this happening earlier.

Please let me know if this is a bug or I need to adjust something in plugin settings.

I have received this email from amazon reminding to add disclosure about affiliate links on a link-level. I am making some upgrades to my sites and have a question.

I am considering to display a certain text or icon next to paid links. I want to add rel=”sponsored” to my affiliate links in order for the site to display the additional text or icon by those links that have this attribute.

Have you made any updates to your plugin that would allow to mark the affiliate links generated by the plugin as rel=”sponsored”?

I am trying to set up the plugin on a site, however on the settings page when I enter the Amazon Locale/Region, Affiliate ID, Access Key ID, & Secret Access Key, then press the ‘Save Changes’ button, the page refreshes but the fields are again empty.

I have also tested on a test site with the twentytwenty theme and no other plugins active, and this had the same issue. Installing the ‘enable-jquery-migrate-helper’ plugin made no difference on the test site.

Is there anything else I should try?

On My Silver Jewelry Site when I post products that Amazon product page says “In Stock” then I import the item on my site it is showing “Out Of Stock”

Amazon page images are not showing up on mobile phones. It works well for desktop browsers but not for cell phones.

The issue is not reproducible using the inspect element feature. You will have to check using a cell phone.

On this URL for eg, you can search for a book “Osborn”. The link is fine, but no image is displayed.

I uninstalled the plugin, purging settings too, deleted folder, reuploaded and installed, but same thing.
