I have this plugin installed on all of my websites and it really works great, however I’ve just set up a new site and have gone to download this plugin to install and it seems the plugin is no longer available for download? 404 error message when I try to download directly from here and it doesn’t even show up in the plugins search any longer.
could you please advise if this plugin is discontinued? I really don’t want to go and pay for an alternative and it still seems to be working fine on all of my other sites and is probably making you some decent commissions

]]>Hi.
I’m wondering if it’s possible to overwrite the plugin’s default option of sending people from Portugal to Spain’s Amazon website.
As Portuguese myself, I’d much rather buy something from UK’s Amazon. I don’t even speak Spanish.
I’m wondering if that’s something I could possibly change myself in the plugin’s code, as it seems like a simple thing to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

]]>Hi. This plugin is great thank you. But I wonder if I could speed up how long it takes to change the links. On my site it maybe does it last after everything else has loaded, and I worry that by this time they might have already clicked on the link and it has not been localised.
Does it do its thing after the page has loaded? Or is it asynchronous?
Thank you.

]]>Hello,
The plugin appears to be working correctly when it comes to redirecting product links on the web page to the same product page on the visitor’s local amazon site, however, the astore link in my navigation menu does not get redirected to a local astore with my tracking code, but to a generic astore page with no code inviting visitors to create their own astore, i.e. i.e. https://astore.amazon.ca/.
Yet, I have created astores for each of my affiliate accounts….
Is there something else I need to do?

I’m using the extendazon plugin along with the localizer plugin, and as long as the extendazon plugin is active, the localizer plugin does not work. Are these 2 plugins compatible?

If anyone that sees this outside of the US, can you visit my site and click on a few amazon links and post back saying what country your from so I can see if google analytics registers any traffic from your country? Right now I have some visitors from other countries, but no amazon links are registering for any store outside of the US.
Also, are there plans for adding in additional countries for amazon stores, I have a lot of traffic coming from India that has no store to redirect them to.
Thanks for your help.

really love your plugin and it works great. As i wanted to optimize performance of my wordpress site, Google PageSpeed does not like the two JS scripts getting loaded in the head of my HTML.

Any chance in enabling the enqueue function or getting these skripts loaded async? Could help in loading the site a few milliseconds faster ??
thank you and keep this thing up.

Very nice plugin. I installed it a couple weeks ago and already got a few UK sales. However I am baffled because when I look at the links generated on my site via a UK web proxy (I am not in the UK), I see the links to amazon.co.uk but with my US Amazon affiliate ID. I have entered the UK Amazon ID in the wordpress settings page.
For example here is a link it generates to the UK store: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rio-Salon-Laser-Hair-Remover/dp/B000DIMOI0/?_encoding=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&keywords=Rio%20Salon%20Laser%20Hair%20Remover&linkCode=ur2&qid=1370955046&sr=8-1&tag=gnet08-20
My UK ID which is set in the wordpress Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer settings window is gnet0e-21
The odd thing when I log into the UK associates panel and look at my stats, I actually do have UK sales. Does the UK Amazon store work with both my UK and US Amazon IDs, and might I be doing something wrong in the settings?

I am located in the U.K. and when I test my Amazon.com links they redirect correctly, although it takes a few seconds loading time.
Still, I see that the plugin is currently not working properly 80% of the time on my site.
Not sure what the issue is. I am using Quick Cache but have tried to disable it and it didn’t improve the situation?
Any feedback/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

]]>Hey Pete, Thought I had figured everything out in the other thread, but it looks like the high click rate actually is caused by the plugin somehow counting visits as clicks.
Looks like I accidentally used the tracking ID for my small site not using the plugin on the site using the plugin, so that was why I was seeing the high click rate on both sites. Ooops. Figured this out after looking at the “other items” section listing all the links clicked on.
So, for some reason the plugin is making Amazon’s system think that each visit is a click. Any ideas?

]]>This seems like a great plugin. I recently joined the Amazon Associates program and had a ton of existing Amazon links already on my site. This plugin seemed like a much better solution than trying to go back through all those old links to add my ID manually (I assume “affiliate” and “associate” are interchangeable in this context?).
Anyway, I noticed that the link format being generated by the plugin doesn’t necessarily match the format created by Amazon’s site when I generate a link from my Associates home page. For example, the plugin will create:
https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1612182364/{my associate id}
But Amazon says it should be:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1612182364/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=1612182364&linkCode=as2&tag={my associate id}
Will the format being generated by the plugin still be recognized correctly? I’m assuming so but since I’m new to the affiliate/associate thing I wanted to make sure.
Thanks.
