I was told by Alibaba support that anything beyond woocommerce 7 does is not supported. I’ve been trying to get this to work for about a year now. What can I do other than downgrading woocommerce or going over the shopify? Are you guys working on this? I need it bad – please.

Can someone help me, I installed the Alibaba plugin, and the screen turned white and told me a critical error with my website? I can’t access to my administrative menu, I only see the directory above and my profile, but I can’t access to modify my website, my website looks good on the public but I can’t access to modify it

I keep getting the following 3 PHP errors when I activate the plugin.

1. Non-static method Alibaba_Product::plugin_menu() should not be called statically
2. Non-static method Alibaba_Product::alibaba_logo() should not be called statically
3. Non-static method Alibaba_Product::check_woocommerce() should not be called statically

Can you help me with this or can you update the plugin to work with the most recent PHP for WooCommerce?

Hello,
I am using Dropshipping on Alibaba.com this plugin. After installed this plugin when I go to connect this with my woocommerce then this is asking me to give the credentials of alibaba. I placed successfully. but, when I click on sign on then this is showing not found error.

For your help:
I am using WordPress version 5.9 and using updated woocommerce.

Pease help me asap. I need to connect my woocommerce to alibaba.

Hi, the plugin worked fine, then suddenly stopped, showing the following error:

Error message: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /wp-content/plugins/alibaba/index.php:117

I have the latest version of wordpress installed and updated woocommerce.
How do we deal with this error?

Hello, after auth my Alibaba account I’m redirecting to auth woocommerce and then I get an error:
Error: An error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

Alibaba plug in does not work, im triying to import products and does not let me. It says “Importing Failed-property number exeeds limit” on all items

I have installed the Alibaba plug in on my Word Press dashboard and looking to connect it to my WooCommerce shop. Every time I click connect to store, it goes on the Alibaba page where I have registered and log in, a page with the approval appears and when I click it to approve it it goes back to the Word Pres dashboard on the Alibaba plug in page asking to connect, again.
Can somebody help?

I am trying to connect my woocommerce shop to Alibaba Dropshipping service, I have downloded the plugin on my WP dashboard and when asked to connect it goes to the Alibaba page to log in and then ask for an approval, when I give the approval it goes back to the WP dashboard where I started without success
