I think its really important to always recognise good customer support for any type of service or industry, and Mike from Dropshipping Guru exceed all expectations.
Using AliNext Pro plugin is not complex, but I did run into issues which I needed assistance with. Mike was patient, kind, supportive and fast.
Off the back of my ticket, Mike added new features which I think will make AliNext even better for everyone. When I consider the many replies we both had to craft, its easy to forget just how much time it takes (on both sides) to actually write replies, gather evidence, post screenshots, upload files, and then patiently wait for each response due to our time-zone differences.
I can honestly say Mike was super easy to write to, he listened from my perspective, and was willing to change, tweak and add new features to make his plugin more robust.

Only one minus I can find with AliNext, its API calls, although most plugins give you unlimited sync for your products, AliNext gives you a quota of API calls and its counts for everything. one call for the product, one for the description, for the shipping, the review… This way, if you have 5000 products, you need more than 10000 calls.
So If you have a large inventory you have to carefully think your API calls quota.

I get the message “You have reached your daily requests quota. You can make up to 100 requests per day.” But I haven’t used the place in the last weeks. I installed it again and the same problem. ar in the settings page the same message appears every day “Daily limits: total (102/100), searches (0/-2), products (59/-2), descriptions (43/-2), reviews (0 /0), categories (0/5), shipping (0/0), orders (0/20)”, Which is not true.
The counters of this plugin do not work properly

Tried to install, re-install, install again. Keeps crashing my WordPress and the website becomes unusable. Fix the code, it’s a bit ridiculous in the era of AI to have still crashing plugins.
Tips — if this happens to any of you guys, login to FTP via the hosting and delete the plugin from the folder, and the WordPress will start working immediately.
P.S: Positive reviews here are very, very doubtful. I bet 99% of all positive reviews are from friends and family of the developer.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR PLUGINS?! NONE of them work. First you tell us to buy Ali2woo rather than using the free version, so we do, it doesn’t work, and all of the stuff that partially worked in the free version FAILS. Then you you tell us to switch to Ali2Next from Ali2woo to fix all of your issues and Ali2Next is TWICE AS BAD as the first two plugins that you told us to buy. Now NEITHER Ali2woo nor Ali2Next works. You can’t import products OR place orders with EITHER plugin now and our entire store is SCREWED. All of our existing products were destroyed by your plugin after you told us to pay for it, and your support is the WORST we’ve ever seen in 23 years.

I have contacted ali2woo support more than 6 times, but they failed to fix the Product (id: 1005004764816101) Import Failed. Why? i wont know!! This is just a spam plugin, they always push you to buy another plugin instead of fixing the issue. I do not recommended using this garbage and useless plugin. You will regret!!! So, i will use Aliexpress Dropshipping For WooCommerce or ALIDROPSHIP!

More important than any product created by a company is their customer support. Ali2Woo had all my issues solved within 12 hours. Their product is also outstanding. You simply will not find a better application to build ecom stores.

I’m testing this out at the moment as I try to find a replacement for Shopmaster which is closing down.
It’s pretty good as a free plugin. I would like to buy the pro version to automate things but it’s a bit expensive as you have to buy a licence for every domain name.
The free version should work ok though for the time being. Love the split variations option which is a big plus.
I’ll just have to do a manual update of prices every day until I find something that runs automatically.
