Hello!
I’ve had the plugin for a while and it worked well a few times.
Then it started opening up an old, already published post instead of creating a new one and uploading my information.
I’ve been copying and pasting for a few months, but I’d like to know how to get the transfer working again.

When I PUBLISH I get a blank page in WordPress. The article is over 6000 words.
When I repeat this step with a shorter article, say 500 words, it imports without any issue into WordPress.
Is there a word count limit?
I installed the airstory plugin. It said it was compatible with my theme, mesmerize.
Yet once activated it, a box appeared at the top of the Plugin page saying, “The Airstory plugin is missing one or more of its dependencies, so it’s not yet available to users on this site.”
I clicked the link that said “For more information” and was redirected to an Airstory compatibility table.
Then it has two red x’s by this compatibility report.
“HTTPS Support: Airstory is unable to talk to your site over HTTPS
WordPress REST API: Is this site’s REST API accessible via HTTPS?”
It then says this:
“It appears you’re missing one or more dependencies!
PHP, the programming language behind WordPress, has a number of extensions available to enable new or improve existing functionality.
The Airstory WordPress plugin leverages several common PHP extensions, all of which are typically enabled by default (or at least available) across most web hosts. If one of the extensions above is listed as being missing and you’re unsure how to activate it yourself, please contact your host for support.
Airstory also uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to send data back and forth between your site and Airstory, so your site must be accessible over HTTPS. Fortunately, SSL certificates can be generated by your host, typically at no cost to you.”
Any clue about what I need to do because I’m lost.
Hello,
Whenever I duplicate a list (numbered or unnumbered) in AirStory, the whole AirStory document will fail to import in WordPress.
For instance I create a list:
Next, I duplicate that list with a copy / paste.
I noticed the HTML will look as follows:

here is a list

item 1

item 2

item 3

here is a dup

item 1

item 2

item 3

Both lists carry the same “id=” tag value. This causes the import to fail …
Is there a known workaround?
Regards,
Steve Williams
Hey guys!
I just started using Airstory and I’m loving it so far.
I’ve just written my first post and installed the wordpress plugin according to your guide. The only problem is that when I click to publish to my wp site, it doesn’t work as intended. I’m taken to wordpress where a new post has created with the title and url “document”, no text or images is pasted into the post though.
EDIT: Just figured out that the “document” title was bc I hadn’t named that document correctly, still no text or images though.
The site has passed all the checkboxes on the settings page.
I’d love so help with this since I’m at my wits end.
Best wishes
Alex
Hello,
I upgraded my site to PHP 7.2 (from PHP 7.0).
AirStory now reports that the “mcrypt extension” is missing.
Do you have suggestions?

I have managed WordPress through Godaddy. I have an https site and no errors show on the latest version of the airstory plugin. I have installed ver 1.1.4. On my airstory app my WordPress site is showing but when I publish to it I get a red box with ‘WordPress could not be reached’ error. Can anyone help please?
I got error when publishing the tab project.
Everytime I clicked the submit button and choose wordpress, it opened a blank white page for several seconds and then closed.
And after that on the Airstory page it displayed an error called : WordPress endpoints not found.
screenshot with console tab opened: https:// drops.skala.io/ h8i68y
note: delete the space.
Any thought on this issue?
When I try to export to my site, a new blank tab opens up momentarily, then it closes and I see a red error (in Airstory) that says “WordPress could not be reached” — Here’s a screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/l/AA5VlbtFA_BHuYXUUPmwfp-SBR_ZP-go_xc
On my WP side, all checks are green. I also tried disabling Wordfence in case that was blocking it, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Any ideas?
I’ve installed the plugin, got the token setup, and the Airstory screen in WordPress shows all green checkmarks; however, the option to export to my site isn’t available. How do I fix this?
Hi Steve,
I am a new user of airstory (wanted it mainly because the WP integration). I installed the plugin and connected the account with the token as detailed here.
The connection seemed to work, and WordPress did not complain. However, when I try pushing an Airstory document (previously imported from Google Docs) into Airstory my WordPress install (mejorcamara.com), something goes wrong and I end up with a message saying “WordPress could not be reached”.
Any information I can five you to better understand the issue?
Thanks a lot in advanced,
Josep
Hello,
The Airstory plugin can create a new blog post entry on my website and will fill in the Title area (H1).
However, this is where it stops. It will not import the text and images from my Airstory tab.
As far as compatibility, everything looks fine: https://take.ms/rgcfB
There are the following errors in the error log though:
