I have used the free AGILE plugin for a number of websites. But this time I purchased the pro and multi store addon. The support was brilliant – I only had to ask “can it do…” and it was either YES here’s how – or shall I set it up for you – or no but we can implement that for you!
The free plugin is great – the bought plugins far far superior to anything else
And when I did locate an issue with it – it was fixed asap

I have reached out to support a number of times, mainly because I couldn’t find the right options (so very much user error) but even when I asked for a feature that didn’t yet exist they got back to me saying they would develop it and get it pushed in the next update days later. Always reply quickly and the plugin itself does so much (I have the paid-for pro version which is worth it!)

I had some problems with this plugin on my theme. Contacted the support and the found the problem very fast and solved it within the blink of an eye!
That’s how support should be!
Oh, and the plugin is great as well. I had the free version, but I think I will change to the pro version to donate this great service.
