I’ve encountered an issue with the “SlidesToShow” setting in the Advanced WooCommerce Product Gallery Slider plugin. Specifically, when I tried to change the SlidesToShow value from 4 to 5 in the backend, the change did not take effect on the frontend.

After checking the code in wpgis.front.js (located at advanced-woocommerce-product-gallery-slider\assets\js\wpgis.front.js), I noticed that the slidestoshow variable was declared but not properly assigned in the relevant section of the code. I’ve attached screenshots highlighting the issue.

I resolved the issue by correctly assigning the slidestoshow variable in the code. After making this change, the plugin started reflecting the updated SlidesToShow value correctly.

I recommend updating the plugin to include this fix to ensure that changes made to the SlidesToShow setting are applied as expected.

hi, when i click on enlarge arrow at the top right in the image the image doesn’t get bigger. This is only on mobile. How can i fix that?

I just installed the plugin but it is failing me. The images are not seen in their entirety, only a small strip. Yes, I can select them and the slider seems to work but as I say, the images are not fully visible.

How can I disable the vertical touch drag? On mobile, the user now scrolls through the image instead of down to the rest of the page.

I am getting exactly the same issue, this time with Fluent SMTP. I don’t know why your plugin is conflicting with a wp_mail, but it is. If I disable your plugin it all works.

To reproduce add your plugin + fluent smtp and you will get the following conflict error:

I am facing an issue with your plugin i want to override the product-image.php file to achieve this i downloaded the product-image.php form your plugin also in the plugin it was mentioned that the file can overridden in the child theme https://prnt.sc/9-fqawczchWc so i added the file in my child theme but the issue is coming that it is working fine for the desktop but not overriding for the mobile and tab devices

I had just install plugin with default settings and custom settings but this plugin is not working as per expected. It shows me error Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).slick is not a function

Hi – I added the plugin to create a carousel for our product but the resultant carousel looks to be using low res versions of the images. Can you please let me know if there is a setting or something else to fix this please

The plugin needs some updates to fix some issues.

1) Code below will fix the responsiveness on small devices:

@media (max-width:766px){
	.slick-slider{ display: table !important; table-layout: fixed !important; width: 100% !important; } 
}

Insert the code in your style.css file.

2) If you are having problem to show the full size image, use code below to remove the margin.
.product .images .woocommerce-product-gallery__image:first-child{left:0 !important;}

Insert the code in your style.css file

3) If you want to remove the featured image in the gallery, you need to comment few things in plugin PHP files.

Being trying to get transactional emails handled via Sendinblue however, I am getting the error message:

“You cannot to use Sendinblue SMTP now because wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin.”

I deactivated all my plug-ins and the error pops up once I activate Advanced WooCommerce Product Gallery Slider.

I see this has popped up before with someone – what was the resolution?

I’ve a product with two variations: design and size. When I select the first time both the image is shown right, but then if I change the size it’s not working. I thought it was the free version, so I tried to get the pro but it’s impossible for international customers…

When i used free plugin it was working .then i disbaled free and uploaded pro plugin then images on product page disappear.

Now again i have to us free plugin as well.Also pro is not working now.

Also on mobile the left vertice slider is not coming proper.
Please help its urgent.

I want to start saying that I really apprecciate your work and the plugin is great.

I’m working on an e-commerce/catalog and I included your plugin to help me with the customer’s requests. I included a plugin called Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges), because I needed a custom badge showing in the Archive page and inside the Single Product template.
The issue is that the badge is not showing when I add the Gallery I customized with your plugin.

There’s a way I can fix this?

This might be a conflict with the slick function used on the slider but noticed the mobile swipe function doesn’t work unless you swipe from bottom right to top left.

This should work from left to right surely.

Apart from that it a nice clean plugin, easy to use and semi does what it needs to do out of the box.

The pop-up is working fine on the desktop but for mobile devices, it is not working. While clicking on the popup button in responsive devices it magnifies the image instead of showing popup. Can you please help me in sorting this issue?
