WordPress has been reported this as a security risk since 8.x.x now the current version is closed? When will this be fixed along with modifying the code to restore lost counts from version 8? Stability, security and data restored is the ask for your next version. Can you share your ETA for addressing these important issues. Please note retaining counts is standard for web development, performance reviews, not optional.

In reading all the threads I don’t see the method for recovering years of pages counts that are lost in the upgrade. The last upgrade I reviewed set all counts as zero. The developer called this a feature? Has this been resolved yet?

Is this a bug, that even though I click ‘center’ the ‘counter’ shows on the left?
I tried setting it to right and center. It only ever displays on the left.

I am using a trial version of premium and the reports do not produce any results. I let it run for over an hour and the export does not produce any results. Even with a shorter date range nothing appears. I blue square flashes like it is doing something but it doesn’t work. All I want to know is where do I go to get to the shortcodes options – It can’t be that hard to find and despite asking multiple times, I get no answer. One of the APC links isn’t working at all, it won’t even pull up. This is the second year I’ve paid for this plugin and I’ve spent more time messing with it to keep it working properly than anything else on my entire website.

We deactivated all plugins to troubleshoot an issue not relative to this app. When all plugins were reactivated, all the counts were lost for individual posts. The geographic data file was updated in an effort to restore the counts, but they still show as 0. Please advise.
