Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Upon activation, I got 5 lines of code at the top of my page stating various undefined index and variable issues.

Sure is a shame. This appeared to be the exact plugin I needed for my project.

Whatever options I choose in the settings, I can get it to display. Maybe the plugin conflicts with WP Total Cache?
