This is taking way too long to resolve. I would like to get a refund on my purchase of the “Pro” version.

But the play and stop/pause button shrink once the page fully loads. You can see them for an instant upon page refresh, but then they’re gone. Using Chrome browser.

I would just like to say Advanced Dewplayer from WD looks great and works fine except that when I download a file it is zero bytes in size. Advanced DewPlayer lists correct file sizes and even plays the files but when I go to download that MP3 file it does but the file size is zero. Please tell me there is an easy fix for this. lol

uses client-side JavaScript to change MP3 URLs and relies on the resident HTML5 features which doesn’t work for a big list of OS/Browsers eg iPhone. (Aren’t Apple wonderfuel? (sic))
The main website uses a WP plug-in and has no problems, the search page became so difficult to write code for that plug-in I gave up.
The search page has 5 tracks with images and the JavaScript changes the URLs – effectively. Would the WD/Dewplayer work if the PHP code referenced 1 MP3 per instance (of 5 say) that would chane URLs many times?

I’ve installed the player and uploaded mp3 files. The player appears with the all the song titles, however when I click on the green play the button turns gray and the pause button turns yellow, but no sound.
I noticed the size reported is 0 MB and the length column is blank. The download button will download a file but the file is 0 bytes.
I verified the path buy putting the path I used in the short tag into a browser followed by the file name. The song plays normally.
This player looks like a great solution for this project so I’d really like to get it working. However, I’m on deadline for this so I’ll need to move on to another player by this weekend if I’m unable to resolve.

Hi, I have a playlist displayed on a page but the name displayed is the file name of the MP3s and not the title as set by ID3 tags. I tried using ID3v2.2 and ID3v1 but neither is pulled from the files.

All files listed have at least v2.2 ID3 tags, the top one, listed as TLC-23-11-13 is the only one with v2.2 and v1.
