Hi,
I am using a Buy one get one 50% OFF code which I have configured to get auto applied.
When the customer adds 2 products to the cart, the second product gets added at 50% of RRP. However I want the customer to see the discount they are getting. How do we display the total amount saved by the customer using this code?
]]>Im setting up my Store Credit settings and there are no set maximum amount setting in there.
]]>Hi,
When payment of an order fails in checkout, the store credits that are applied to the order get reimbursed, but the order total still has the discount applied. If the customer then successfully pays for the order, then the discount is still applied, and the credits are not deducted from their account.
Is this behaviour that you have seen happen with the plugin before?
I have both the free and premium version installed. The payment plugin is Woocommerce Square.
I have also had instances in the most recent version of the free plugin where the store credit is applied twice for failed orders that then get successfully paid. This seems to be due to the reimbursement of the credits, and possibly the customer then being able to re-apply the reimbursed credit while the first discount has already been applied.
Multi-Tiered Structure:
Spend $100, get 1% off
Spend $250, get 2% off
Spend $500, get 3% off
Spend $750, get 4% off
is this possible with this plugin?
]]>Hi,
I start using free version of this plugin I just noticed that my orders origin status stop showing its just showing me the “unknown” status.
I disable this plugin now and we need to add coupons ASAP.
I am moving forward to any other plugin but if you can resolve this problem i will be happily using for long term.
Looking forward if you can share the solution promptly or anyone else suggest me any other free plugin which offers %age discount on categories level. The free plugins i found are only for product discount level but i need to add percentage discount on category level.
Please help urgent
Thanks
Hello,
I am trying out the free version. My goal is to have auto apply coupons to give % discounts to customers. I am testing applying coupon manually to the cart. Our base currency is THB. The coupon I created only has one condition, cart subtotal must be more than 16300 THB. The coupon can be applied when the user is browsing in that currency. But, if the user changes to any other currency, for example USD, even when I have more than the required equivalent in that currency ($499.89 USD) I get the Non-qualifying message anytime I want to apply the coupon.
We are using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin to manage exchange rates.
I hade the exact problem with other discounts plugin. We’re kind of stuck with the currency converter, unless we make substantial changes to the website.
Or perhaps, your plugin is not compatible with other currencies? Or with our currency converter plugin?
Thank you.
i am trying to create coupon links that auto apply even if the cart is empty but it doesn’t seem that woocomerce allows this – on the link i provided there seems to be a way to do this using the Defer Apply Option but i haven’t been able to figure it out. I tried messing around with the cart condition settings, but i can’t figure out how to do this.
Does the auto apply (premium feature) accomplish this? Again I am trying to setup a customer coupon link that they can click on and then after they can add product to their cart and the coupon is auto applied.
I tried editing the functions.php in my live theme using a GET method in the url but when i do this i just get an error saying the cart is empty – even if i redirect to the store and try to apply the code – it won’t apply until there is something in the cart. Is the auto apply or defer apply option my only options here?
I’m looking for the premium version of the plugin and want to check if there’s an option to restrict access based on specific product variations or variation attributes. I saw in the documentation that this option exists, but I don’t see it in the free version—only this option. Is it still available?
This is the doc I found on the official website
https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-create-coupons-for-specific-product-attributes/
Thank you for your help ??
]]>Looking to create 3 coupons for a promotion that we will be running in the future. Each coupon should allow a customer to get a “free gift” (another product, accessory) when they purchase the main category item. A customer should be able to order 3 different products (from 3 different categories) and get the 3 corresponding gifts.
I have created 3 separate coupons — all using the advanced feature of If Product Category = 1, add Product Item (free gift) to cart. All coupons are supposed to work with other coupons.
But when I test these coupons a weird thing happens. The first time I add a product (from the targeted product category), the coupon correctly auto-applies and the free gift appears in my cart. This is working as expected. But, if I try to add another product (from a different category – and thus supposedly activated a different coupon) – it won’t work. Even if I empty my cart from the first product and try to add the new product category — the OLD coupon keeps trying to apply.
I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

For example: Coupon A limit 500pcs.
– Customer use coupon A first = 200pcs.
– Customer use coupon A second = 200pcs.
– Customer use coupon A third = 100pcs.
Total 500 pcs of coupon A will expire and no customer can use coupon A anymore

]]>Hi, I have integrated this plugin with a coupon like “education bulk discounts (2-4 units)” that will auto apply if order is 2-4 items, when I add another coupon “coupon123”, it will remove the automatically added coupon “education bulk discounts (2-4 units)” and will add the new coupon like “coupon123”, so need to readd the “education bulk discounts (2-4 units)” which is not ideal to customers. I tried to check options on this but I cannot find any. Is there a settings for this or do you have some suggestions on how I can achieve it to add new coupon without removing the automatically added coupon?

]]>Hi there,
I’m the developer of Fluid Checkout, a plugin that replaces the WooCommerce classic and blocks checkout form with a better user experience.
Some of our customers are having issues when using Fluid Checkout and the Advanced Coupons plugins when they add the checkout form to the page content using the new Block-based Checkout form.
The layout of the Advanced Coupon section look broken and trying to apply discounts do not work properly.
I checked the code on your plugin and found out that the function is_current_page_using_cart_checkout_block
checks whether the checkout page is using the block-based or shortcode-based checkout form and treat these checkout experiences differently.
/**
* Check if the current page is using cart or checkout block.
*
* @since 4.5.9
* @access public
*
* @return bool Returns true if the cart page is using blocks, false otherwise.
*/
public function is_current_page_using_cart_checkout_block() {
global $post;
// Bail early if post is not set.
if ( ! $post instanceof \WP_Post ) {
return false;
}
// Check if the content is using regular cart and checkout block shortcode.
if ( has_shortcode( $post->post_content, 'woocommerce_cart' ) || has_shortcode( $post->post_content, 'woocommerce_checkout' ) ) {
return false;
}
// check if page using cart or checkout block.
if ( has_block( 'woocommerce/checkout' ) || has_block( 'woocommerce/cart' ) ) {
return true;
}
return false;
}
Fluid Checkout dynamically replaces the original WooCommerce Checkout block with the Classic Shortcode-based form, that is, without actually changing the content of the page on the database. Because of that, your function will always return that the Block-based checkout form is being used, even when that is not the case.
1. Would it be possible for you to add a filter to this function so that Fluid Checkout can correct the value returned by this function, setting it as using the Shortcode-based checkout form instead?
Ideally this filter would be placed at the top of the of the function to “hijack” the value returned (see below). Otherwise, if could also be placed at the bottom in which case more profound changes would be required to the way this function works.
Here is an example of how the filter could be implemented:
/**
* Check if the current page is using cart or checkout block.
*
* @since 4.5.9
* @access public
*
* @return bool Returns true if the cart page is using blocks, false otherwise.
*/
public function is_current_page_using_cart_checkout_block() {
global $post;
// Allow developers to hijack the returning value
$value_from_filter = apply_filters( 'acfw_filter_is_current_page_using_cart_checkout_block', null );
if ( null !== $value_from_filter && is_bool( $value_from_filter ) ) {
return $value_from_filter;
}
// Bail early if post is not set.
if ( ! $post instanceof \WP_Post ) {
return false;
}
// Check if the content is using regular cart and checkout block shortcode.
if ( has_shortcode( $post->post_content, 'woocommerce_cart' ) || has_shortcode( $post->post_content, 'woocommerce_checkout' ) ) {
return false;
}
// check if page using cart or checkout block.
if ( has_block( 'woocommerce/checkout' ) || has_block( 'woocommerce/cart' ) ) {
return true;
}
return false;
}

]]>Hi dear support team and forum members,
I am currently creating a WooCommerce store based on an outdated Shopware store and need to recreate a functionality that I am not sure if it can be recreated with the Advanced Coupons plugin. It would be nice if you could answer this for me:
Customers should be rewarded with fixed percentage discounts after reaching certain sales. However, this is not a points system where points are then redeemed, but a discount scale that should be valid for one year. The scale is as follows:
150€ sales volume = 1% discount
300€ sales volume = 2% discount
800€ sales volume = 3% discount
1,600€ sales volume = 4% discount
2,500€ sales volume = 5% discount
The discount should be valid for 1 year and automatically be applied when completing a purchase during the checkout process after logging into the user account.
Is this also possible with Advanced Coupons?
Thank you in advance for your effort and best regards
Oliver
Hi,
This one is tricky and has defeated a number of plugins so far. I need to setup a coupon that is restricted to a given customer email address (in checkout) AND ignores any existing discounts (eg sale or discounts applied by other plugins).
I was wondering if your Advanced Coupons may be able to do it?
Best
Mark
]]>Dear support,
We’re using FunnelKit to create our checkout page.
Until recently, the “Apply store credit discounts?” appeared at checkout.
Today I noticed that the option is no longer there, unless I add the “Store credits” field from funnelkit dashboard:
https://paste.pics/976ebd5d0893b1bf94c176ea5496e32a
This was not necessary before, actually last time I added this, we had 2 different fields for the store credits at checkout.
Did the behavior change? Do we need to add this field or it should be displayed by default?
Thanks
Daniele
Is it possible to autogenerate a unique single use coupon for any user that will be revealed to the user after they subscribe to our newsletter?
It could be revealed on a thank you page or otherwise.
Ideally they won’t have to be logged in.
