some days ago I noticed, that my excerpts have ads included. (Under Posts when showing similar posts)
I set up 1 group with some text ads to show before content. I did that sidewide for posts (not pages).
Is there any issue to solve this?

I checked “blog”, search pages and archives as well. There all is fine. Only below article the ads are showing.

]]>The header banner ads are only showing 10 ads (random) at a time and then start again at the same 10. There are 21 ads in this group so all 21 should be showing before the loop starts again. I have checked for a plugin conflict and this has worked for several years with this theme, so don’t think it’s that. When you reload the page a new group of 10 loop. The problem is that advertisers are only loading the page once and think their ad isn’t there.

just wanted to ask if there is any way you could add a filter that is applied to the output of an ad or group. I would like to work with some placeholders in Ads that are defined in a global Config. Those can vary quite a bit so working with shortcodes can be quite the hassle, so if we could just apply a filter to replace those Variables in the Ad that is being output to the Frontend.
Just filtering the output of the “adrotate_group” and “adrotate_ad” should do the Trick mostly I think.
]]>When I enabled Cloudflare APO, my ads started only showing ~90% of the time.
When you visit the below URL, there should be a ad, asking readers to sign up to the email list. It should be surrounded with a thin dotted line below the post author name and above the image of birds. This ad appears on most of the other posts.
When I turn Cloudflare APO off, the issue resolves itself.
I am also using Autoptimize.
The “Mode” for all ad groups has always been set to “Default – Show one ad at a time”
I have replicated the issue on Safari & Chrome in both iOS and MacOS.
I am using the Pro version

We did not have this issue before.. I assume something failed during the last update maybe… How can I resolve it, without uninstalling (and losing all current settings/ads)?

]]>A client of mine had an ad running but instead of an image she uploaded and selected a PDF file as the Banner Asset. This created a big issue, because the whole hosting account filled up until the inode limit was reached. More than 14K JPG copies were created including the thumbnails, resulting in about 8 GB of data in 56K files. When I cleaned the files, they were recreated almost immediately, probably for every call to show the pdf as an image.
As soon as I replaced the PDF with a JPG the recreation process stopped.
I’m not sure yet if the creation of the JPG files was executed by your plugin or by WordPress (maybe default behavior when loading a PDF as an image), but you should probably prevent the selection of non-image files as a banner asset.

]]>I have made demo banners for my website for when my ads department starts having ads put up on my website as a test to make sure everything works. I noticed that when I refresh the page the banners tumble into spot. Is there any way to make this animation not play and have it stay in the normal position?

I found that Adrotate created a lot of requests (admin-ajax.php) from adrotate_impression.
I tested by disabling Adrotate, but it is still sending adrotate_impression. I already cleared cached, but it did not help.
I do not know how it is still sending. How to stop it.

I am writing to obtain some information about your plugin in the Pro version. Currently, I am using the free version and, by associating it with another plugin for widget management, I can insert advertising banners on the site where I want. However, I am experiencing difficulties and issues with site management and speed. I would like to know if your Pro version meets my needs and if it offers the same functionalities as the two plugins I am currently using.
Using Adrotar free with the widget management plugin, I can currently insert banners divided by category and position. For example, in category A, I have 5 spaces (sidebars on desktop and bottom of the page on mobile). I have created a group for each space with Adrotar (e.g., Homepage 1,2,3,4,5 – Category A 1,2,3,4,5, etc.) and use the widget management plugin to place each individual group where I want, linking it via group ID. Is it possible to do this with the Pro version of your plugin?
In the Pro version, is there a search box to quickly find created inserts/banners, in case there are many?
Currently, I have chosen to publish banners so that every time the page is refreshed or when switching to another page, a different banner is displayed, avoiding the use of the dynamic one to avoid slowing down the site. However, I noticed that the banners are always displayed in sequence, rather than randomly. Even when updating the homepage, the first selected image is always displayed. Is there a way, in the Pro version, to display banners randomly, so that every time the page is refreshed or when switching to another page, a different banner is displayed randomly? In order to rotate all banners equally? Or is it possible to select the desired percentages for each banner in a specific position?

I see AdRotate supports HTML5 ads so I did a test and it pointed to the correct folder under the /banners folder. But, it did not seem to work. Before we purchased the Pro version, we just wanted to be sure that using the Pro version would solve the issue? Using an absolute path to the folder shows the HTML5 ad fine. Just not with AdRotate using the dropdown option to the directory.
