The last update of the plugin was 2 years ago.
The plugin works fine to this day.
Can you update the plugin description in the repository so that security plugins like Wordfence Security don’t scream that the plugin is abandoned?
This will take very little time, and security plugins will stop swearing at you.
Hello
Thank you for the plugin
I would like to display the counter on the front page, below the author avatar
Is there a function or short code to do that?
Can you help?
Thanks

Hi Scott,
The comment count bubble is also displayed in the Activity block of the dashboard of a non-admin user. If you hover over the counter bubble, the email address of the commenting user is revealed as part of the underlying link. Is it possible to remove the link if the user is not an admin?
Thanks.
]]>Hi, do you plan to update the plugin for PHP8 support ?
]]>Plugin works as stated, but I’d like that functionality in the Front End.
Agonistas.com has a page called “Bloggers”, containing PHP code (via Insert PHP Plugin) to display a list of the bloggers and the number of posts for each. Folks can thus read their favorite blogger without having to wade through the entire website (77000+ posts).
Page contains:
[insert_php]
wp_list_authors(‘optioncount=1&orderby=post_count&order=DESC&number=5000′);
[/insert_php]
Clicking on a blogger’s name displays their posts according to the usual WP Setting.
I would like to build a similar page to display commenters’ names and clicking on a name would display the posts being commented.
Is this feasible? Can you give me the PHP script that would do this?
Thanks,
Ray Saunders
]]>Since a recent update of either this plugin or WordPress, the numbers appear as a medium grey on a slightly darker grey background, making them very difficult to read.
I tried several different themes form my Admin page, but it had no effect on the murky color of the bubbles.
The numbers used to be easy enough to read. I would like the color to match the screenshot on the official WordPress plugins page, just as it used to be.

]]>I really like the idea of this plugin and would like to be able to use it, but I have found that it prevents fields on the Users list admin page, that are generated by other plugins, from being populated.
I have had this experience when using both the s2Member and Jeffrey Keijzer WP Login Count plugins. Those plugins work fine with each other, but not with this one.

]]>Hi Scott,
Another question….
How can we add the count to the user metadata?
The purpose is to include the count/data when exporting the users.
Is it doable? Please help.
Thanks

After deactivating the plugin the dashboard looks normal again as the recent comments box appears “normal” again.
