I’ve try many times to remove this bored plugin, adf.ly from site. It was annoying me and my visitors. I cannot find the folders or files in my server, however, i have completely remove plugin from my site.

It works with the default wordpress twentyten theme, but not heatmap theme. Any chance of a solution to this?
