I experimented with a lot of social sharing plugins as well as direct code inserts but this one was the best I found. I have the pro version where you can customise but happy to pay. Only issues were that it doesnt show google plus counts and I removed the suggested pages parts as it didnt suit my theme. Mobile toolbar is excellent. See it on Dugs

The backend of the AddThis Welcome bar was useless for me. Could not add new visitor types, not welcome bar displayed on the pages, zero. Tested on Chrome and FF

Menu header bar and sidebar menu got a dismissed links.
Only the first parent and child pages continued working.
