I’ve tried to follow the instructions on the settings page to create a Google client ID. Had no trouble with twitter or FB. The instructions don’t match the screens on the Google developers page. I have a client ID and an App key…however, when I put either key in the SSI setup I get the button on the login page, but either nothing happens on click or I sometimes get a 401 error. Where can I find more complete instructions on setting up keys?

find the section Website with Facebook Login in “Select how your app integrates with Facebook” block, then fill the Site URL field with the url https://www.addthis.com/secure/ssi_callback
I have sent the last 5 hours looking for the sections on
Select how your app integrates with Facebook”
and the field “Website with FB Login”
… with no luck
Every other how to blog, video, or tutorial is outdated due to the new updated developer page in FB.

]]>It seems that the plugin does not permit users who are already registered to link a social media account with their current profile.
So, for example, since I am the administrator, I obviously have an account on my site. When I choose to login via facebook, rather than successfully logging in, I am merely told that my email address is already in use. I ought to be able to login with my site credentials, go to my profile page, and choose to link my facebook account so that I can use Fb to login in the future.
When will this be possible? Or Has anyone hacked together a way to do this?

]]>I have got Twitter working fine but need users’ email addresses. So I enabled Login Popup. But when I do this and it goes to the authentication popup, after entering and clicking on “Continue” it doesn’t go anywhere. It keeps the popup on the screen although a “0” appears in the top left hand corner of the popup. I’d really appreciate help.

Does anyone have a solution dealing with faux FB users getting membership. I have a site where this is an issue and spam is the result. I didn’t know see a captcha option for AddThis itself. I didn’t know if there was one that was going to be implemented.

Do you plan to add compatibility to WP 3.5.1? Is it safe to install the plugin in WP 3.5.1 despite it isn’t officially supported? What about the new WP 3.6?

]]>I got this plugin installed and successfully make it work for FB, Twitter, and Gplus. Well, 3 buttons shown at the bottom part of each blog post. All are working when user sign up at https://www.url/wp-admin. When user reading an article and at the comment section log in using his/her social FB and Gplus working fine. But twitter is not responding. The twitter button is there but when you click it nothing happens. It seems unusable.
