The plugin would be great if… the popup would actually show the correct related products:
If a product is added to the cart, then the pop-up shows the cross-sells of ALL products currently in the cart and not specific the ones related to this product! These recommended products therefore (mostly) do not relate to the product just added.
With this crucial issue the plugin is useless to me. Sadly the creator has no motivation in fixing this problem ??

While our wordpress (maybe our template) had a weird bug on empty cart not filling correctly (showing product added to cart for less than half second and shows empty cart button again but product was added on cart/checkout page) finding and installing this plugin totaly solved the problem plus adding a good feature for our customers to select option if they want to redirect to cart or checkout page or continue shopping!! I’m not doing advertisements here this is really what happend for us! Thank you very much authors!!!

This plugin works decent on desktop, but it is completely broken on mobile. For example, it won’t let you scroll down and click “continue shopping” or “view checkout”, so you are stuck inside the popup. Not a great experience for my customers…
I have asked for support and/or a refund for the premium plugin. I have gotten none of it, not even a response.
Stay away from this plugin. I’m using a plugin called WPC Fly Cart right now, it does pretty much the same thing and it is free.

I bought the premium version. For me, it’s the best cart popup plugin. I had issues with how this plugin used the tiered prices from the Woocommerce Pricing & Discounts plugin, but the author solved those issues quickly.

There is ZERO documentation for this plugin.
For those who want to tweak it themselves, it isn’t very easy to work with. The live chat offered doesn’t really work. Maybe when I get a response I’ll change my mind but for now it appears to be a waste of money.

The plugin does not work properly when you upload an image, it gets stuck, I try to contact the seller several times and after several days he replied saying that the plugin only works with other plugins that are based on AJAX. But he does not indicate that on his page. And he did not want to give me back my money!

It’s more than i ever expected from a WordPress plug-in. 10 times faster and better than Yith’s similar plugin and 10 times less expensive. Also, I asked for support and the developer helped me within an hour. I don’t do reviews but this guy rocks. Keep it up.
