No working with W3 Total cache?
]]>Unfortunately you don’t show my comments on your site obrienlabs.net.
I asked if it will be possible to let this alert staying longer.
When further browsing it desappears ??
On Opera browser it is generally not working.
Also blocking further browsing would be thikable.

If user running ADB, the Ad Blockering Advisor plugin is blocked:(
It has been my experience that using file names like “ad-blocking-advisor.js” and “ads.js” is a very bad idea.
]]>Thanks for this plugin, it appears to be just what I need, EXCEPT… How can I preview if it’s working or not?
I’ve installed it on https://tarotromance.com/ but I can’t turn on adblocker for my own site, so how do I see the plugin in action?
(I’ve tried using incognito pages, but I can’t see it there either).
I’d like to change the colours and fonts to suit my branding, but it’s a bit pointless trying if I can’t see what the banner actually looks like!
Or am I missing something?
Thanks
]]>Hi there,
Your great plugin seems to work fine. I made some css personalizaciones in order to make it float in the bottom of the page (it could be great to add this option by default) but the code only works on pages: for example (https://www.elquintobeatle.com/actualidad/) but it doesn’t work on posts (https://www.elquintobeatle.com/2017/12/18/escucha-rsvp-segundo-adelanto-debut-solitario-nick-j-d-hodgson-ex-kaiser-chiefs/).
The plugin is placed before: .td-main-content-wrap
Could you help me in order to make it work also in posts?
Thanks a lot!
]]>Not working. It only shows on the source code but never kicks off. Could you please take a look.
]]>This excellent plugin works on WordPress 4.8 and looks very handsome – except that I had the same problem as Johnny Black (below).
Because of this, I reluctantly felt it necessary to de-activate the plugin (which fixed the problem) but if the issue can be resolved I’d reactivate it in a heartbeat.
]]>Hello,
The plugin works perfect except the -> https://postimg.org/image/toe1ahsxz
Any fix for the space image ?
site/wp-content/plugins/ad-blocking-advisor/images/1px-transparent.png
Is it possible to execute a shortcode in the text of ad-blocking advisor?
]]>If you disable adblock on the site, the site still shows the adblock banner. I found the problem. Chrome doesnt run the test for the height of the footer_ad div until all images have been loaded, but firefox runs it before images has been loaded, resulting in height==0
if ( jQuery( ".footer_ad" ).height() == 0 ) {
Maybe another check (display?) would be better, or even put the IF inside a timeout function.
PS: This can be the reason of other browsers failing to detect this.
]]>For SEO purpose please include an valide ALT=”” description for the 1px-transparent.png inside ad-blocking-advisor.php. In the current version line 109.
This helps to comply with SEO standards.
PS: great work on this plugin!
Thanks,
Thanks for the plugin!
This is a minor issue: The plugin works in all of my browsers, except for Opera when I use their built-in blocker: https://help.opera.com/opera/Mac/2178/en/private.html#adBlocker
Since not many people use Opera it is not a priority.
]]>Hey,
How can i center the text?
Thanks
]]>Hi Ho!
Just tested the plugin on my blog a few minutes ago. Problem: i see the message twice….
Any ideas?
]]>The ad block message is being blocked ironically. The problem is that the author is using the string “ad-blocking-advisor….” as a class for the message popup. So this is being taken out as espected.
Please add a random class name on the popup without the “ad”, “banner”, “advertising”, “pub”, “publisher”, etc. even take out any “ABA” text
Also There should be an option to fill out the screen as an overlay.
]]>While the plugin seems to correctly detect the presence of an ad blocker in Chrome on desktops, using Safari on iOS always displays the ad block message despite the fact that no ad block apps are installed.
In safari on my desktop no message appears despite having Ad Block Plus enabled.
]]>This isn’t a support issue, more of an enhancement request. I’d love to see some stats included on the number of visitors that are using ad blockers versus those that aren’t, and then those that disable their ad blocker after receiving the message.
Is there any possibility of adding this?
]]>Hi,
First things first, you did an amazing job with this plugin, so thank you!
I wanted to know if there is a way to prevent the user to click on the ‘X’ button. If this can’t happen, is there any way to show the notice every time an ad blocker reloads the page?
Thanks in advance!
