I’ve migrated a site from Joomla to WordPress and could not migrate AcyMailing users.
I decided to export the users table in AcyMailing from Joomla database, and after installing AcyMailing in WordPress I could import the CSV successfuly without errors. More than 3.500 subs added flawlesly

Been with Acymailing for 5 years now on Joomla site, now on a WordPress site and now using version 7 – Essentials. Some issue with the page bulder, but once we got the hang of it, it works well and looks good on the send out. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions easy enough. Pricing is fair and will continue to use this mailer program.
Support has answered and helped in a timely manner.

It doesn’t work. It’s hard to configure. It’s Not intuitive. I could not figure how to configure it or how to start using it. It’s not intuitive. All options lead you to your first email which you’ll never be able to send. It’s frustrating

Support team have been very helpful (and quick) on the rare occasions I have needed them.

The best mailer from Joomla available on WP.
We have migrated a site from Joomla to WP (because of some payment plugins needed) and there are many shortcomings and features missing but thankfyúlly the mailer isnt’t an issue thanks to Acymailing.
Its easy to setup and use and does it’s job as it always did, I still have to explore all features.

This plugin is terrible.
Localization is not working good – missing characters. Custom fields names are used as Label and as placeholders for inserting variables to templates – this is not good concept at all. Custom fields are saved to separate database table.Custom fields are global, there is no way to add them to list.
List are filters over subscribers. So all the subscribers are in one table.
All subscribers are watched by default, but there is no way to mass change it.
This plugin concept is primary about subscriber’s interaction with it, but if You have external list, there is too much wrong to use it good way.
There are much more negatives than I am able to write here.
It’s a waste of money.

If you know how to manage your IP white-listing stuff on your mail server/host, there is absolutely no need to pay massive amount of money to purchase those fancy newsletter campaign platforms.
AcyMailing Newsletter is truly the best mailing plugin on the market. The support I have received throughout the years has been one of the best. Acymailing should definitely be your first and last choice.

We use ACYmailing on multiple sites. Technically it is a very good product that we pay for.
People had problems with the UK/USA user interface. Also because some UK/USA translations are more French trough Google translate.
So I made a full 100% translation to NL Dutch on the base of their .pot file. I have send in that translation, but it does not show up in the user interface. Also not in the language map.
So I now have to put manualy both files in the /plugins/language folder. Those are not overwrtitten by nothing in an update!
It is sad that this ‘free’ contribution is not awarded by the team.

I was in search for a newsletter mailingsystem for WordPress. At first I couldn’t find any so I signed up with mailchimp and later I switched to Sendinblue but I wasn’t really satisfied. I wanted to send from my own domain with my own domain and not some third party. Then I Found Acymailing. I was really delighted. Now I have all the same functionality and it sends out like a dream. Really amazing!
