Hello,
There is a mistake on /wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/orders/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-order-action-events.php
on line 413.
A string is substracted from an integer causing a critical error.
time() – $last_synced > 120
Hi everyone,
I’m opening this thread to clarify how the ActiveCampaign plugin handles contact syncing after integration. Does it only sync contacts who have provided their consent (opt-in) for marketing, or does it also sync those who haven’t given consent?
Additionally, what specific contact details are synced between platforms, and is historical data included in first, initial sync?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Deniz
]]>On a page, there are four ActiveCampaign forms in the sidebar. When I fill out the third form from the top, the page scrolls to the first form, and JavaScript alerts appear on the first form. The third form, which was previously filled out, appears to be correctly completed. Is this behavior normal due to the presence of multiple forms?

]]>Hello, thank you for your plugin!
We use wpackagist.org to install www.remarpro.com plugins via composer. Wpackagist looks at the version header of your plugin in the trunk and at the actual tags you have created in SVN to determine which versions are available. You don’t seem to use actual SVN tags, but you do have one really old tag 2012-04-10
in SVN. This causes wpackagist to display two version for your plugin (the one in the version header and that old SVN tag), which causes composer to think there is a newer version when you install the actual latest version, since 2012-04-10
> 8.1.13
So, may I suggest you remove the old tag?
There is a documentation of all events send by the plugin o Active Campaign? Thanks

Thanks for you any help you can provide.

There is a tag called 2012-04-10 in this repo – and its the only one.

Tools that follows semver releases, thinks the 2012-04-10 version is newer than 8.x.x
Which is unfortunately because it ends up added the legacy tag to the websites.

Hello,
I have decided to create my newsletter through Active Campaign. So far I have had no problems with my pages on WordPress. However, since I added Active Campaign’s code to the WordPress page via the Building Block Code, it only lets me view it. Editing is no longer possible. As soon as I click on “Activate Visual Builder” on this page, nothing happens. The page loads and loads and loads. So I can no longer access the page to make changes. I had also tried to copy this page and create it as a landing page with Active Campaign included, but there I was faced with the same problem.
Since the page was working fine before, it must be Active Campaign. I can also create new pages without Active Campaign and they work fine.
I’m really getting desperate, I’ve searched all the forums but haven’t found anything. I have also installed the Active Campaign plugin, but nothing happens.
Maybe someone of you already faced the problem and has a tip.
Thanks and looking forward to your feedback!
Best regards,
Sandra

hi,
last week, wp6.0 was release which is near to 5.9x.

so, what about 6.0 ? any plan , roadmap to make it compatible ? does it work even if support did not update the plugin page here ?

]]>Dear WordPress users,
I am struggeling with the active campaign plugin. The E-Mail’s are not forwarded into my list in Active Campaign altough I have set up everything in Active Campaign properly (List, Automation etc.). I have already checked with the support of AC but they couldn’t help me. Apparently it is a WordPress problem. However, I have also checked the API connection and couldn’t find any problem.
Do you have any Idea how to solve it?
Thanky in advance.
]]>Hi there,
We’ve used the ActiveCampaign to publish a number of forms throughout the website (using the appropriate shortcodes).
Some changes have been made to the forms in ActiveCampaign but the changes aren’t reflecting on the forms on the website.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, along with activating/deactivating the plugin and trying to update the settings in the plugin. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thank you!
]]>I would like to add tags via wordpress and it seems like that is supported by your plugin. Can you help with an example?
Here is the code from your plugin:
function tag_add($params, $post_data)
{
$request_url = "{$this->url}&api_action=contact_tag_add&api_output={$this->output}";
if ($params) {
$request_url .= "&{$params}";
}
$response = $this->curl($request_url, $post_data);
return $response;
}
function tag_remove($params, $post_data)
{
$request_url = "{$this->url}&api_action=contact_tag_remove&api_output={$this->output}";
if ($params) {
$request_url .= "&{$params}";
}
$response = $this->curl($request_url, $post_data);
return $response;
}
If I want to add and remove a tag from the current user?

Hi
Im considering you as our new email newsletter tool. ??
But I have some questions:
– Do you follow EU’s GDPR rules? (I’m especially thinking about subscribers data)
– What country do you send your data to? Is it an EU country and which one?
– Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?
– In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).
– If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?
– How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?
– Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).
Best regards

A few months ago we detected this bug with the integration of the plugin and WooCommerce. Sometimes, the webhooks “order.created”, “order.updated” or “customer.deleted” are disabled causing serious problems in the business.
Any idea what can cause this error?
When I put in Active Campaign in the Marking Calculator use my API Key and Account API URL I get error has occurred while saving Auto Responder.

2. Installed the AC plugin in WP – no problem (I am using Betheme themes)
3. Connected the form: with / without the option “Use ActiveCampaign’s form CSS”
> the preview in /settings /ac of the form looks just fine
4. added the shortcode of the form in a simple column item on a WP page
On screen, suddenly there is a “linebreak” after the radio-icon and before the label.
With CSS I did not get it to not position the label in the same row as the input / icon…but I am not an expert on CSS
Help is VERY appreciated
