Hi all, for some reason when I add a badge to a set of products the product in the shop page pulls one of the variation images in and displays twice. Is there a way to hide the 2nd image as I imagine it’s not meant to display this#

the badges are displaying on WooCommerce loops, but if we are using Elementor loops, all the badges are gone. We have tried to add the shortcode to the loop item, but it didn’t work neither.

Are there any settings we need to have the badges on Elementor loops?

I am experiencing an issue with your plugin when using it for variable products. Specifically, when variations have different prices and one variation has a discounted price that is higher than the regular price of another variation, the discount label incorrectly shows “0% off.”

For example:

• Variation A: Regular price is $20, discounted price is $15.
• Variation B: Regular price is $10.

In this case, the plugin calculates and displays a “0% off” label, which is confusing for customers.

Additionally, I have tested the default WooCommerce sale badges from my Woodmart theme, and they work correctly in such scenarios without showing any incorrect discounts.

Is there a way to prevent the label from showing or show good percentage when the discounted price of a variation is higher than the regular price of another variation in the same product?

We have configured the Settings for an In-stock badge however it does not show on the Product Archive page nor the Product. It does display on the products shown in ‘You may also like…’

In Support & Hooks both the Use Product Loop Hook and Use Product Title Hook are active.

We have a Plugin for the Product Images – WooGalleryPro which is similar to this plugin https://wooproductslider.io/ and we have Elementor Loop configured for the Product.

When I order products all products gets badge if there’s at least one product which must have badge.

Hi. Is it possible to create somehow multiple badges on 1 product. Right now one cover each other and I have 4 badges and of course I can set different location of the badge, but I would like to make them all from the top and just prioritize the order somehow. Thank you.

Also why cant I use both product selection and categories / tags at the same time ? like another plugin.

I’ve configured the plugin and it’s working flawlessly on my products page (https://dimgrey-turtle-842822.hostingersite.com/produtos/), yet, I’m having trouble showing them on my front page. I’m using the plugin Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges)
And I have created a rule for all products in the OUTLET category to have a badge.
But if I access a product brand page, for example:
https://danmonshop.se/shop/?yith_wcan=1&pwb-brand=studio-network-solutions then all products have a badge even if they are not in the OUTLET category. If I then click on one of these products, the badge is not displayed.

I have tried the following:

• Disable/Enable plugin
• Delete label and create new
• Change theme

Somehow I this it conflicts with the YITH filter?

We get this error in our log output. Any idea why?

Plugin isn’t working on my site. I click publish on both badges and product lists but it doesn’t save them.

now we have a new problem. As you can see on our shop page, on all products with badges (sold out) the space between product picture and product descrition is more then on all products without a badge.

We tried other badge styles and its always the same.

Can you help?

My mini cart is loading quite slowly when this plugin is enabled, it seems that the badge being added to the mini cart is causing the ajax request to respond slowly

I’m currently working on an Arabic website that utilizes WPML, and I’m eager to integrate your plugin. However, during testing on a staging site, I’ve encountered an issue with certain CSS badges, specifically the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th ones. Their shape color remains at the default setting, as illustrated in the following screenshot:

While I couldn’t locate official documentation regarding WPML support on your website, I was able to achieve functionality by switching languages within the admin toolbar and translating the text labels. However, the color issue persists in both Arabic and English.

Notably, I tested your plugin on your English demo site, and it functioned flawlessly. This leads me to suspect that the issue might be related to RTL (right-to-left) languages like Arabic.

I kindly request that you investigate this issue and implement a fix at your earliest convenience.

The plugin seems to be working fine until I fire the filter in the search products page. The first time it loads it only shows the badges that should appear, but after I fire the search using YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin filter, all the products appear with all the available badges which is not correct.

Is there any way I can fire the setup after the filter?

Hi, the badges worked for single product page and archive pages (shop page). In Single Product Page, we’ve included linked products that shows as “You May Also Like” and the badges for these are showing. However when we add the same product archive in Cart Page, the badges are totally not showing at all. Is there something else that we will need to do in order to enable it?

the badge works fine, but when applied to a product, the image size of that product in the products overview page shrinks by a quarter compared to the size of the other products or to the same product before applying the badge. Where can I influence this? I want the image to stay as big as before.

The budge is duplicated in products related to the product and the budge for the product is not in the correct place on the product page

There are two main issues concerning this plugin.

1. The product labels don’t load when changing shop pages unless the user hits reload after the first loading of the page.
2. The product labels appear on top of the theme labels if any of them are active. Example: ‘NEW’ label from the theme or ‘DISCOUNT LABEL’. This issue can be seen on: https://mgconcept.co.uk/shop/

It is worth mentioning that you have installed the latest versions of WooCommerce and WpBakery. The plugin had the same issues with previous versions as well.

We contacted support more than a month ago in two separate instances, and still we haven’t received any solution until today, although we have a subscription for the plugin that includes support.

A third issue concerning the position of the product labels on the product page (bottom position) has been fixed by support. Before, the labels appeared on top of the photo gallery slider and not on top of the main photo.

Is it possible to add labels from the product page ?

This way you can add the labels when editing or creating the products, and its much easier to find the product you are looking to add the labels to.
