After upgrading, Accordions are collapsed and not responsive at all. We even changed the initial state to “Open all accordions” and there is no change. This is not a thing that happened to one page only, it happened with all accordions. We even made some new ones on a brand new page, and they’re unresponsive as well. What can we do?
Hi There,
I am wondering if I’ve missed any steps installing the accordion.
The accordion did not appear as same as the example.

We’ve inherited a wordpress site for a client.
Accordions appear to be broken and will not collapse and open correctly.
Please help us identify the reason why.
Have we not got the correct jquery installed?
If not, what jquery do we need?
Accordion plugin font-family is set inline with a handful of alternates within the plugin settings.
Is there a way to set the font-family to inherit the child theme’s font for all accordions I create with this plugin?
I’m not sure if one can even override inline css that within a wordpress plugin’s style.css. I couldn’t find the answer googling and searching forums. I’ve tried to hack away at the css but am getting know where.
.classname {
font-family: inherit;
}
Any help really appreciated.

You click it a few times and eventually it response and closes. Click again many time. It will not open. Refresh page. According in open position.
Note: Working nn a dev site and dev server. Would rather not post link to site on open grid. Is there another way I can send you the link?
Thanks for your assistance.

When I add a shortcode to call a template to display custom post types, every accordion gets indented. This appears to be subject to the length of the shortcode as if I shorten the shortcode, then everything looks as designed and lines up directly underneath without the indent.

Hi,
I’ve been using your plugin for a while and I really love it, but I have one problem I haven’t been able to solve.
I have some longer titles on my accordions, and if my site is loaded on a mobil device, they break in 2 or more lines (exactly as they should, acting responsive), while the open-close part stays one line height, looking not nice.
With the current css of the plugin I don’t really see a proper way to fix this, but I’m not an expert.
Could you suggest me a solution, or maybe could you take making some adjustments of the css into consideration for future versions?
Thank you very much in advance.
I’ve been trying to use my developer tools to identify the css lines needed to take what I’ll call here the “top header” and “bottom footer” off of the drop down accordion title bar, but I’m coming to realize that it’s probably not me.
How do I remove these unnecessary bars from the title bar? This has been confounding me for a whole day.
Here is what it looks like now:

Dear Support,
The WYSIWYG does not seem to be working. When i use the Visual to enter paragraphs, it will not reflect and everything is still in a single chunk.
However, if i enter in my own
tags, the different paragraphs will work.
Would you be able to help resolve on this?

Hello, I have tried everything to get this accordion to open and collapse and it’s just frozen on the page. I also have recently seen several other complaints about this. I am using SiteOrigin Page Builder. Does it work with this?? I have tried disabling all other plugins too and it still doesn’t work. So maybe a theme conflict? I’d appreciate a response on this ASAP, thanks.
