Please, how to solve the z-index problem?

In the url link, if u put moise in “C. de Ultrasónidos CUE” at the right of the image and scroll down, u will see that the tooltip has a z-index problem…i would like to have the max z-index possible.

Hello, I created a tooltip (Major) but nothing is showing on front end. Test site with minimum extensions activated and default theme.
