I am facing issue in your plugin, my form is submitted successfully but still showing this entry in abandoned list.
]]>The plugin doesn’t seem to work when used in conjunction with a multistep plugin called Ultimate addons it saves empty details. When I disable the mulstistep and makeit just a regular form, then it works.
]]>I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress website. When the ‘Abandoned Contact Form 7 Pro’ plugin is active, the right-click functionality on my website is not working as expected. Instead of a normal right click, it is being treated as a left-click, and any links I attempt to open with a right-click are not functioning properly. This issue is affecting the user experience on my website.
I have identified that the problem is related to the ‘front.js’ file within the ‘Abandoned Contact Form 7 Pro’ plugin. This JavaScript file seems to be intercepting right-click events and modifying their behavior. I need assistance in modifying this file to restore the normal right-click functionality on my website while keeping the plugin functional for other purposes.
I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to make the necessary changes to the ‘front.js’ file, ensuring that the right-click issue is resolved without compromising the functionality of the plugin. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It takes me to full image and then I have to hit back button. Also, since I installed this plugin Elementor is not loading some previews. Please help.
]]>Hi,
I have the below issue after activated Abandoned Contact Form 7 plugin.
On mobile view, if I clicked on any single product page, it will landed on the middle of the page instead of the top of the page which usually every pages will landed if you clicked on the menu tab.
Example, if you clicked on https://beijing101hair.com/product/beijing-101-hair-loss-control-shampoo-250ml/, normally it will display the top section of the page, but after activated the Abandoned Contact Form 7 plugin, the page displayed at the middle of the page.
Please help, many thanks.
]]>Hi There,
Really impressed with this plugin! My client is requesting this exact feature set, so thank you for providing it!
Unfortunately, I am having a tough time enabling full Abandoned Contact Form 7 control for their non-admin user. I do not want to make them an admin to ensure no essential pages/functions are edited accidentally, so I am currently using the Members plugin (by MemberPress) to restrict/allow their access via a custom Role.
Currently in the Role permissions editor there is a tab for Abandoned Users, but the two options are “false” and “true”, and no combination of those allow their user to view the full abandoned form details, or send a follow up email.
I understand that it’s tough to make sure this plugin works with others, but I figured there’s no harm in asking for help!
Thank you!
]]>Hi,
Can the plugin trigger email to those users who did not submit the form automatically?
Please advise, thank you.
]]>Whenever add a new image it will not save in the mail body at all.
]]>Do you plan to support this plugin? I noticed it has been 5 months since an update. I’m interested in using it.
]]>Hi,
I’m testing your plugin but it seems it has some kind of bug as it also collects e-mails of forms which were successfully submited. I’m aslo using the addon submissions for CF7 and the e-mails/messages are showing in both places.
