Hello there,
We have already filled in the contact form at the A/B Press Optimizer website of A/B Press Optimizer AND sent them an e-mail, but after 2 weeks of waiting there is still no reply. We have purchased the plugin and hope to get some response and an answer to our support question.
We have 2 Goal URLs for visitors becoming a paying member, followed by an variable ID key like this:
https://ourwebsite.com/confirmation-annual/?transaction_key=<variable ID>
https://ourwebsite.com/confirmation-monthly/?transaction_key=<variable ID>
Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
Best regards
Erik
I edited a wordpress page that contains html and I added this:
<div class=”title_small” [abPress id=”1″] style=”font-size:16px;” [/abPress]>
and the output is:
<div “”=”” class=”title_small”>
I am I doing something wrong?
]]>I wanted to test the lite plugin prior to purchasing the pro version but find that I can’t use it as it causes page load speeds to slow down to an absolute crawl (a couple of minutes).
I’ve tried to test with the plugin active on GT Metrix and Pingdom and it times out on the former (which I have never seen before) and Pingdom just stops timing it at the 60 second mark.
With all performance optimization (incl WP Total Cache) turned off on the site, the homepage takes about 3 seconds to load without AB Press Optimizer.
The plugin looks fantastic and appears to be exactly what I need.
Are there any known page load speed issues – specifically with the lite version – of the plugin?
Thanks
]]>I was checking how this plugin works and I noticed that you either need to place shortcodes in the content or code in your theme.
My question would then be what happens when I uninstall the plugin? As far as I understand, I would be left with a bunch of ugly looking shortcodes all over the place. Even worse with code in the theme, since ab_press_optimizer() would be undefined and throw a PHP error (unless I use if ( function_exists() ) ).
Have you considered this? Do you have any suggestions?
]]>This plugin is simply a scam. It doesn’t work on 3.7. Prints out just a couple of warnings:
Warning: DOMDocument::saveHTML() expects exactly 0 parameters, 1 given in …./ab-press-optimizer/includes/functions.php on line 857
Warning: DOMDocument::saveHTML() expects exactly 0 parameters, 1 given in …./ab-press-optimizer/includes/functions.php on line 857
They promise a 30 day money-back on their site which isn’t true either. I asked for one on Oct 29 and now plugin author simple ignores my emails.
