I want to center the whole thing. I am not able to. I tried
and I also tried putting it in a div. Nothing, it’s stuck to the left.
I have a question about using ‘Image Maps’. I created a map/hotpot which is the same for all images, however this code:
 shows up as it’s own, blank slide.
How can I get around it?
I installed the plugin, copied the sample code, and nothing happens. The three “captions” appear stacked on the page.
The error console in firefox (v3.6.11) doesn’t show any errors.
My test page (which won’t be up for long) is here:
https://blog.ricksteves.com.php5-15.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/2010/10/ben-testing/
The test code is:
[aslideshow effect=”random” play=true playframe=false controls_play=true]
<img src=”/wp-content/uploads/yyyy/mm/image01.jpg” alt=”Caption 1″/>
<img src=”/wp-content/uploads/yyyy/mm/image02.jpg” alt=”Caption 2″/>
<img src=”/wp-content/uploads/yyyy/mm/image03.jpg” alt=”Caption 3″/>
[/aslideshow]
I know the images won’t appear, but the captions should be in a slideshow, no? Anyway, I tried it with real images and it didn’t work then either.
Hello,
is it possible to use RANDOM image as a first image of sequence?
I would appreciated both the “configuration option” or “some hard wired change in code”. The best would be a new version of plugin, of course
??
Thank you for some advice.
With regards, Joo
(a)lideshow works great in IE 8 and Firefox 3.6.6, but does not work with Chrome 5.0. Not a big deal since Chrome is flaky with other websites. Wish it worked on mobile browsers. Does not work on iPhone Sefari and Opera Mini.
