Why si the 3dprint product out of stock in the shop, even though the product has stock.

Also, why does the plugin does not work when I change the 3dprint product to private? What if I dont wan’t the product to show on the shop?

Simply can’t upload STL files. And when I drag and drop STL files I get a lot of text.

When you are using the Divi theme and we add the Product Woo Cart element, it does not correctly calculate the subtotals in the cart summary. It always shows a total of €1 x units (price of the standard 3D product). When you add it from a token [woocommerce_checkout] it works correctly.

When the plugin is updated the templates created by the user in the templates folder are deleted

We are trialling the plugin and I was wondering if it is possible to save the materials and their colours as a dropdown menu? This would be great because the customer could select the colour and then below choose the colour. At the moment it looks like it is going to list each material and colour separately which is going to take up quite a lot of space.

If you could let me know if there is a dropdown option that would be great.

i have a problem with this (PAID) plugin. If i activate the Post Prosessing (repair and/or optimize Models) i become in the frontend by a Model upload after 10% the message, that the Server can not found. The Modell loads, but no post processing.

I have try the Server location europe/germany, north america and random.

The System Status checker says, that ther Server is connected.

What can i do? No support from the Autor ??

I currently have two problems with the plugin:

1. We urgently need to upgrade the server to PHP 8 as the old PHP version is no longer supported. Unfortunately, the plugin does not work properly with PHP 8 and generates various errors when uploading the model:

Is there an interim solution to this? Currently we have switched back to the old PHP version to make the plugin work but in a few days there is no going back and the plugin has to work with the new PHP version.

2. For a few days I’ve been receiving orders that don’t include a price calculation very often. The original model is not included in the order. Taking into account the time change tonight, there were probably model uploads, but these include the random name (so customers with the same model name don’t get in each other’s way when ordering) but no link to the order as is normally the case. Unfortunately, no customer has been able to give me an error message so far and I don’t know how this sporadic error occurs. does anyone know more
