Please help me translate the “Support” string at the top of the chat box. I use Locotranslate, but that string is not translatable. If it is hardcoded somewhere, please point me to the file it is hardcoded in.

Hello, I am facing some bugs regarding the admin part of the chat.
1. I enter in the live chat on the admin side. I create a incognito window and enter the chat as new user. I send a message, but nothing appears on the admin side. And even though I refresh de the admin page, no active chat appears.
2. Sometimes it takes a lot to load the chat page (wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplivechat-menu), or it keeps loading indefinitely. Regarding this situation, I have seen some cancelled requests in the network panel (see this image https://ibb.co/ZX8j8s8)
I want to mention that 2nd bug is harder to obtain than the 1st one and that I have changed to a default theme and deactivated all plugins except wp live chat.

I followed your sticky post and added the dutch translation file to the language/plugin folder, but the English translation is keep boing used. Even tried to delete the english translation file from the folder without any luck. Can you help me with this problem ?

]]>I’ve installed the plugin. The URL to connect to the chat is correct, I am able to create a button and insert the Chat2Talk link and it works – did this on the Contact Page. However, when I place the code in the widget text (footer) the icon will appear, but it appears “dead” it will not allow you to select.
I’ve attempted to do this by entering shortcode, full HTML code and nothing works. I’ve also attempted to do it by inserting it directly on the page instead of using widget.

I tried to put the link on the button function but whenever I click the button on the fronted, it just sends me to a blank page with the url of “about:blank#blocked”.
Our marketing team want’s that function on the call to action button and I want to know if that’s possible. Thanks!

We’re using your plugin and wanted to know if its possible to track the conversions of a new chat conversation with Google Analytics.
Hello. We’ve been testing with the latest version of the plugin but seem to be having connection issues with your server.
For example, on *every* page load https://wplc.3cx.net/api/chatrouter?website=https://myserver.com&guid=&pluginversion=9.0.17 is requested twice. Loading that URL however is failing, causing at minimum a 10 – 15 second delay on every page load. This is also impacting the front end, as those requests have to time out for 5 seconds each before the page can be generated, regardless of whether the page is cached or not.
Could you please comment on whether you have known network issues that are being addressed?
I’ve tried loading the above URL from multiple locations globally, so I don’t think it’s our network at fault here, or our web server. e.g. here’s just one of the request results showing connection issues

When you refresh the page, the chat window closes, and the chat history is gone.
If you open the chat, it starts a new session.
Is there a way around this, so the chat window and session stay open, even if the user refreshes or navigates to a new page?

Is it possible to exclude chat on all other pages and only leave it on the home page ? Perhaps a short way to define it.
I see there are options to exclude from home. However,I have many pages on my site, which i think inserting the page id on a per page basis is not really a viable option on the long run.

When using the 3CX Voicemail with Calls via the WP Chat & Talk Plugin, the user is instructed to leave a message and press the pound button when done to send.
But there is no pound button in the computer browser chat window. I see in settings we can record different messages, but I can’t find any option to submit the recorded voicemail when the user ends the call instead of pressing pound.
As of now, no voice messages are recorded.
Any suggestions?

We have integrated this live chat on our website. It works fine, but a big flaw to the software is that each time the user clicks on the live chat icon, a new chat window opens up.
In other words, if the user starts the live chat, and clicks anywhere outside of this live chat window, it’s now hidden.
If the user clicks on the live chat icon once more, a new session starts.
Surely there must be a way to re-open the existing live chat window?

We have installed the 3CX live chat and talk plugin and checked the configuration many times. We have placed the shortcode in a text footer. We see the icon, but it does nothing when pressed and we get javascript errors related to cross site scripting. Don’t know how to fix it but really want to use this plugin. WordPress 5.4.1 and Plugin version 1.6.0. no php errors. We are developing a new site at ccpteam.com/t2020. it will eventually migrate to our production site ccpteam.com. Not sure if that could be related to the problem.

We have recently migrated to a 3CX phone system and wanted to utilise this plug-in to deliver website chat traffic to our 3CX web client, which it appears to do reasonably well. However, we have only been getting chat enquiries from web visitors outside of business hours and they are falling on deaf ears.
How do we manage the availability of the chat window depending on business hours, like the functionality in the ‘other’ 3CX chat plug-in for WP?

The features i want are ;
Users will already be registered on my website, they wouldn’t need to register to integrated application. When the appointment time comes the psychologist shouldn’t have to invite the patient when he starts the interview(psychologist should not have to send the interview link to the patient with e-mail)
Let’s say a patient makes an appointment with the psychologist he chooses.both can already see appointment information in their profile. There must be a passive button called ‘’Join’’ in patient’s profile
When the psychologist starts the live call at the appointment time, the ‘’join’’ button must be active and the button to be able to join the call. When the psychologist starts the live video call at the appointment time, the join button in patient’s profile must be active so he or she be able to join the interview with click this button.
Only the patient who made the appointment needs to attend the video call.
My main purpose is making the whole procedure to dependent on the website.
For example; patient name: Nikolay, Doctor name: Enes, Nikolay made an appointment with doctor Enes to meet at 12:00 tomorrow. at 12:00 tomorrow, only Nikolay can join the room opened by doctor Enes or automatically opened. Doctor Enes does not need to send a link in order for Nikolay to join the room. Because when Nikolay appointment time comes,by clicking on an active button when he enters his profile at https://onlinedanismamerkezi.com/ the doctor talks to Enes. Consider this for tens or hundreds of people. Appointment and payment feature is already available on my website.
