in Offline message settings, there is the field for multiple agents using comma separated values. After adding and submitting, the field does show only the first email

I would like to use the 3cx chat plugin on my WordPress site.
However, is there a way so that I can have several “agents” waiting for chat requests to come from the website?
It seems like at the moment only one agent can receive chat requests.

We are very excited to use the WordPress Click 2 talk plugin.
One thing that we haven’t been able to figure out is how to make it so that when a user “clicks to talk” on our website the phone call rings for all of our agents that are logged into the webclient.
We assume this is done via ring groups but ring groups don’t give you a Click 2 talk URL.
Please advise on how we can resolve this.

Ich finde die Idee und das Plugin sensationell, nur habe ich folgendes Problem.
Das Plugin wird auf der Website nicht im Vordergrund angezeigt und wird daher
zum Teil verdeckt und kann so nicht genutzt werden: Siehe https://www.teraline.ch/home3cx
Sollte dieses Problem behoben sein, werde ich sofort 5 Sterne vergeben.
(Wir sind ein 3CX Partner und würden es natürlich bevorzugen dieses Plugin selber verwenden zu k?nnen)
