I’m having a bit of trouble and I willlike to ask for your help.

Everything is amazing (Install. activation, interface on WordPress, tools), I loaded a panorama and I check the website (frontend), it loaded perfectly in the computer, and in the celphone for the first time

(I’m not sure how many panoramas I can load per page, I tried 1, then 2, and 4 and it worked fine once, but then after refreshing the page on the cellphone, nothing loads… and in the PC sometimes works, and some times is a blank page (I have been trying on Chrome.

I cleaned all the cookies in chrome, and it worked once again… then I went back to elementor and tried to change the panaroma picture to see if diferents size of picture work, and it never loaded again…

Then I tryed from scratch with only one picture in a brand new created page in Elementor, and it loaded fine, I then created another page in elementos with also just one panorama picture (to see if i could load at least one per page and keep it working… and it never loaded again (PC and celphone)…

I’m telling you all this, cos I really believe your plugin is the best for this, (the interface of your plugin on WordPress, and the panorama displayed in the page frontend showing the tools, zoom, rotate, gyro and all… is fantastic)

will you consider updating the plugin, or to help me fix the issues, so I can use your plugin?

What is the ideal size for equirectangular panorama images?
I am trying to load 6715?×?3350 px images, and it takes forever to load. File size is also big, between 12 to 20 MB.
I tryed to use a light version, with 2560 x 1280 px, and only 377 KB, but the panorama quality is very bad.
Does the plugin has a progressive loading feature?

How do we set coordinates for the markers? I’ve used various formats, marker is placed in the middle of the image for all formats I used.

1. 1000,300
2. 1000px,300px
3. 1000:300
4. 1000;300

I’m actually having an issue where by if I enable the crop then the plugin just outright refuses to load the image.

That’s what I’m being told to use by Photo Sphere Viewer, and on their page it looks absolutely perfect. However if I don’t try and crop the top and bottom of the image is entirely stitched together to give it a 360 sphere view which distorts the image wildly!

love the integration in wpbakery, but I have no chance to test the plugIn for my client who want the full version if it’s works.
Now every time I choose the panorama image (360°image, tested in different sizes) set up things and save it, go back and nothing saved, no image, no settigs. Whats going wrong?

Ps. deactivated all plugins (except wpbaker and 360 Viewer Light) for testing, nothing changes. All Versions (Plugin, WordPress) are up to date.
