I don’t know how to remove the image and make the rotating pipeline bigger
]]>I’m really happy for this plug-in and it works very well but i can’t change the iframe background. It’s always black and this ruins the 3d effect on the page, anyone knows how to change it?
I’ve tried also html property like allowtransparency=”true” , and other stuff but i can’t understand why the iframe background remains black.
thank you
]]>Is there a way to change the loader text colour from the default red?
]]>Hi Matú?
If the product is a variable product, and no default variant has been chosen, the 360 does not load until you select a variant on the product page.

Thing is, I don’t want there to be a default variant set. I want to make sure people choose a variant before adding it to the basket.
Would you be able to add a default 360 option on the product page for when a default variant hasn’t been set?
Cheers
Chris
What is this ??
it’s safe ??
Hello,
While activating the plugin, it is giving this error:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/vhosts/52/308246/webspace/siteapps/WordPress-76047/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/360-product-rotation/includes/class-yofla360-woocommerce.php on line 92
Can you please confirm what is the issue?
PS: We cannot update WordPress and Woo-commerce as client has made a lot of custom code in it. It will be great if you can send us a solution.
Kind Regards
manpreet
I don’t believe the plugin is able to handle forced HTTPS? The viewer loads, it is just unable to find any images.
]]>Hi,
So for every picture i add to my products in wordpress one 360 product turns up. How do I stop that?
Thanks!
]]>The rotatetool.js is not loading (I do not have local version checked in settings). How do you get it to load on the page?
]]>Hi,
I’m using a woocommerce theme, and would like to set a 360 image as product image.
But when I am setting the product image, I can choose only from the media library, not being able to paste the shortcode for the 360 image.
Is there any workaround to this?
Thanks in advance!
Carlos
After Uploading different sets of images and embedding it by the tag provided by the plugin all I get to see is a blank sqaure. The images have been uploaded manually via FTP. A vary in size and amount of images doesnt have any effect.
I am using the plugin network wide activated on a multi-site website.
The site I’m trying to embed it in is on the main website without any other content.
The site is using a theme by https://theme.co/
However this might not be the cause as other image plugins seem to work just fine.
I would be thankful for any hint or suggestion.
]]>thank you for the amazing plugin
the problem I’m encountering is, while using on mobile, users are having trouble scrolling the website once they get to the 306 viewer section, since while touching the screen on the iframe section of the plugin, the pluging is listening to the movement on the y axis, I would like to eliminate tha completely. I would like to make the rotatetool.js listen only to the movement on the x axis, I have tried many different settings of the core files with your plugin and according to the changlog on yofla site I have also tried different codes in the .ini config and .js files but nothing seems to help.
please help me on that
thank you
]]>Is there a chance that the plugin is incompatible with this version of WordPress? Fortunately, it still works using iframes instead of a shortcode.
]]>Hi! Thanks for plugin)
Is there some JS setting to rotate when mouse over the image instead of mouse drag?
I know how to change them in the stylesheet that is generated from the tool but I don’t want to do that every time someone adds a product. Is there anywhere to change the icon images by default?
And thanks for the great plugin!
]]>Hi,
I noticed some issues with this plugin (They may very well be my own fault); for some reason, I cannot get the 360 to display properly in chrome, firefox, or internet explorer. Trying three other computers (two in the office, one that is not) yielded the same results. A friend of mine also tried to view the 360’s and they worked for him in every browser BUT safari (This is the opposite result that I had).
I am thoroughly confused.
The 360’s only appear when you toggle the “Inspect element” state. Any idea why that is?
In addition, how do you add hotspots? Using the 3DRT software, whenever I try to add a hotspot (either by clicking the image itself, attempting to start the wizard, clicking the ‘hotspot’ icons), nothing seems to happen no matter what I do.
Thank you.
EDIT: To be clear, the only thing that doesn’t show up is the product itself. The ui shows just fine. Here is the site: https://mlbclientproof.com/himss14/
