I’m using your beautiful plugin, but I found that this plugin does not work well in multisite environment.
It seems that the main site is OK, but in sub sites, tables wp_n_terms_hit are not created when I activate this plugin using “Network Activate” in Network Admin.

Could you check with the code below?

Hi,
I’m using your beautiful plugin, but it seems that the first setting is not saved or loaded correctly.

1. Open Settings -> 2D Tag Cloud
2. Type setting title “test”
3. Click “Save Setting” button
4. “test” tab is shown, but the setting title is blank.
5. Click “+New” button
6. Type setting title “test2”
7. Click “Save Setting” button
8. The second setting is shown correctly

I′m using your great plugin for over a year – but since (I guess Version 6.0.0) it counts the number of tags totaly wrong (or ignores the given “number”-value and displays 40 tags). No matter whether I use the widget or the direct call [tag2d …]. Can you help? Is there something I′m doing wrong?

Hi Sujin,

I’ve updated to the latest version of the plugin, and after, the shortcode always uses the default set. I tried making a new set and changing the shortcode, but it always displays the default (purple) set.

First of, I’m absolutely love your plug-in and I’m very happy to see that you’re working hard on updating it!

However, after updating to 3.0, if you click on one of the tags in the cloud i get this error:

I have tried using the widget and short code but no tags are showing.

I’ve tried different settings in the widget to see if I was putting something there incorrectly. I tried showing 200 tags and then only 20 tags.

If you go to https://e-business.ie/omadaccts/accounts-preparation/ you will see two areas for tag clouds on the right. The 2D Tag Cloud widget is being used for “Articles by Topic” and the default tag could widget is being used for “Articles & Resources by Topic” so you can see that there are tags being used on the site.
