When I edit any meeting that is online-only (“Can I currently attend this meeting in person?” is set to NO), the Update button is not clickable, grayed out. And nothing I do or change makes it clickable again besides changing the meeting to hybrid (“Can I currently attend this meeting in person?” is set to YES). But even if I do that, when I change it back to NO, the Update button grays out again.

When I import the .csv, there is a meeting on Sunday @ 5:00pm with the address of 190 N Mail, Parowan, UT 84761. It imports fine but when I look at it on the website, it changes the zip code to 85760 and the city to Paragonah. Even if I go to the meeting plugin in word press and try to change the address manually, it changes it back. Please help, it’s mapping an address in a completely different city. Thanks,

Although I see the red pin location marker, I don’t see the actual map terrain on my meeting pages. I’ve checked to ensure the MapBox Token is updated and active, and it is. Please assist me.

Our web committee wants me to remove two columns, Anywhere, and Region, because we are only one region so the choice is meaningless. I don’t see this issue in the forums. All plugins, themes, and WP site are updated to latest versions. Using Windows 11, Chrome Version 126.0.6478.62 (Official Build) (64-bit), and site is hosted on wp-engine. Thanks for any advice.

I am trying to update the “Update meeting info” button to redirect to a form we created. I see the directions in the included help file

“Can I set a custom “Update Meeting Info” button in TSML UI?

Add a URL to your theme’s functions.php.”

$tsml_feedback_url = '/feedback';

However, it does not say where in the functions.php theme file to add the info.

Apologies if this has already been answered, but a search produced nothing.

We have two locations called “Online.” One was created by mistake and has no meetings assigned to is. But it appears if a users searches the words “Online” in the search box, and when an admin creates a new meetings for Online. To avoid confusion by the user if they search with the word “online,” and to prevent future Web Admins from assigning any meetings to the wrong Online locations, we would like to delete it.

If you go to https://aahouston.org/meetings/ and type “online” into search, you’ll see two locations in the search suggestions.

ps: I’m also comfortable deleting the location from the actual mysql database, if that is the only way. Is there any gotchas around doing it directly at the db level?

Hi! I noticed today that the meeting layout has changed so that the info is justified left and squished (for lack of better words). I am not the only one that administers this site, so am not sure what has changed.

Do you have any ideas what could have caused this and how to fix it?

When I updated the 12 Step Meeting List Plugin its conflicts with the js of ACF and timepicker of ACF shoing issues, instead of timepicker popup its showing select list in weird format like (10:mm tt)

On the details page of the plugin it says it is compatible to WordPress version.

However I am able to upgrade to WordPress 6.0.5

I’m just wondering if upgrading to WordPress 6.3 will cause an issue and if so when the 12 steps meeting list plugin be updated to be 6.3 compatible?

An update needs to be considered since Mapbox does require CC information to sign up for a free account and google maps is not an alternative that is supported by all aspects of the plugin.

AREA webservant has sent me instructions on how to share my districts meeting list with AREA.

The problem is I’m using WordPress 6.2.2 and the directions are obviously from a previous version. His directions show IMPORT & SETTINGS underneath MEETINGS and within that screen on the right hand side under SETTINGS a section that is entitled Authorized Apps.

I can’t seem to find Authorized Apps to connect to my Area site nor Meeting Guide.

Anyone know where the “Authorized Apps” went to?

I am VERY NEW to WORD PRESS as well as a beginner/novice to the whole world of developing a website. I have become my district’s web servant and been given the task of creating a brand new web site via WORD PRESS. I am not a full-time coder or computer-dude – just a guy doing service work. I was encouraged to first install the 12-step meeting plug-in and populate it (which I did) and it is wonderful for meeting info management.

HOWEVER – I want to start over – from scratch with the new site – but DO NOT want to lose all my meeting list plugin work.

Is is possible to simply export or save the meeting list plugin info somewhere – delete all the false starts of themes etc – and start fresh – and then import my meeting list info back into my new work?

I’m hoping I don’t have to re-enter all the meeting info.

Need Hebrew locale support (translations) for the search bar, side menu, regions, types, etc. Please help!

I would like to change the ending URL of our meeting list page from /?tsml-day=any&post_type=tsml_meeting to /meetings like it is at gebaca.org/meetings. I have looked in the settings and import & export and didn’t see anything that would allow me to change this. I have tried changing the Permalinks and also doing a Redirect (which ended in a 404 error) and having yet found the solution.

I have the shortcode [tsml_meeting_count] working on a page but on the same page [tsml_next_meetings count=”5″] is not working. The next_meetings shortcode was working earlier today. Any idea what could be wrong? We are using the Blue Planet theme and although I haven’t intentionally changed any theme settings, I did look at them earlier today and the next_meetings shortcode was working before that.

I am wanting to use the paypal feature in the meeting. It asks for the Paypal Username. I have tried both the e-mail address and @username from the account and both send me to a page that says

Sorry.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

Does anyone have any ideas of what is expected in that spot?

When trying to update the location of a meeting, or even adding a new meeting, I do not have the ability to click the “update” button.

This has happened multiple times lately, but normally, I got back to the main meetings page and go back into the meeting set up and I can make the change. However, I do not have the option to update anymore.

I just recently changed our district website to a new domain and have a couple of issues. On the meeting page, the links to individual meetings still have the old domain address. I’m not seeing a clear way to edit them. The individual pages did change automatically. It’s just the list has the wrong links. Also, how do I get my new domain linked with the app? Thanks.

Is it possible to configure the plugin so that if I search for a city, it returns me meetings in neighboring cities (within a defined radius). Even if there is no meeting in the wanted city. A bit like “MeetingGuide” does. Thank you for your help.

On iphone, the button opens up to the Maps app and takes me to my location. This is happening across all our meetings.

I’m creating a proof of concept WordPress+TSML site for my district. I installed WordPress and TSML. I don’t see any options for adding, editing, or searching for meetings. Now what?

Currently the region and disctrict custom taxonomies are public so if view one of the taxonomies you get a broken archive page for them. I don’t believe this is intended and it should probably be disabled to prevent indexing accidentally via search engines.

Currently the post type registrations for this plugin use the default with_front of true. It’s not possible with this plugin to alter this currently.
