I’m looking for a way to make the plugin to display as overlay on mobile devices. I found this: if (!/android|iphone|ipad|ipod|blackberry|iemobile/i.test(navigator.userAgent)) in two files and removed it. Now I do have the overlay in chrome dev tools mobile simulation, but still nothing on a real phone..

Because of sever and wsdl api troubles on wednesday 20th 2016 we recommend an update to the latest plugin version and a new registration immediately. Atm, it seems like we can′t fix this problems for older versions permanently. If you′re having problems, specially with verion 1.4.11 or lower an update can fix them. If you′ve registered your plugin before 2015-10-20 and you′re using 1.5 or higher, a reset will do it.

]]>I get complains from visitors that the epaper is not readable on a ipad. And i can confirm that as you can see in the pictures below
The problem is that only the top of the epaper is shown and with a lot of movement you can make the epaper image smaller to see it, but it is not readable anymore.
Is this a known issue?

The first is that the cover image is not updated in the metagraph, so when sharing the cover of the previous item is showed.

This is also after fetching new scrape information, all other information is shows correct. Is this a facebook issue or not?
I get also complains that ios devices could not load the epaper correct. It shows half pages? Is this a known issue.

]]>I use this free plugin to upload a monthly magazine. The Social Media team shares sometimes pages from this magazine on facebook. So far so good.
The issue is when a new version is uploaded and a page is shared, it sometimes shows the wrong image or title. After some research i noticed that the Facebook url scraper is not doing it’s work correctly.
According to the documentation () facebook scrapes every 24 hours.
I now have a page checked trough the facebook object debugger and i noticed that the last scrape is almost a week ago (8 october 11:58am). So there information is not correctly.
Is there something you can do from the plugin or website https://www.1kcloud.com or is the problem completly facebook

For last two days I found that while uploading the pdf, it gives error on uploading stage that PDF could not be analysed.
I have tested everything, also uploaded previously successful pages as well, having same error.

When I click the download link within the epaper uploaded .pdf file I get the following message.
“Not Found

Testing out the plugin and so far I like what I see.
However, when I open up my publication in Chrome the browser says the page is in German and asks if I want to translate into english. I presume this is because the server is a “German” server…?
Is there anything I can do to stop this?
]]>When opened in a separate window, there’s a nice ePaper loading graphic with a progress bar and a thumbnail, but in the overlay, this odd flickering image shows?
Is this something that can be fixed?

]]>Help – just installed your plugin and I’m unable to upload the PDF. It worked the first time, but when tested, the PDF launched into ‘play window’ mode and none of the controls were working to turn the pages or download the PDF. The only control that worked was to close that viewer window.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and now cannot upload the PDF again at all. Upon the upload steps, I select the PDF and it successfully uploads, but then hangs infinitely on the “Rendering” step. I’ve tried to use / load the PDF from several different browser types including Chrome, Safari and Firefox and nothing works – everyone gets hung on the “Rendering” mode. My PDF is only 6MB and 33 pages — not exceptionally large or long.
