Hi there, I need to integrate an existing iTunes podcast/playlist into a WordPress site, and was hoping that your plugin would do the trick. I upgraded to the “Starter” package, but don’t yet see the audio options, or any other upgraded options. I left a support request on your website 2 days ago. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon ZooEffect staff,
I have an issue with the ZooEffect Plugin for Video player, Photo Gallery Slideshow jQuery and audio / music / podcast – HTML.
I’m using WordPress 3.8.1
When I click on the image it gives me this message “image cannot be loaded. make sure the path is correct and image exist”, and I don’t know why, but the path no longer exists.or messages attached here.
So I’ve tried to upload files again, but when I try to upload again the files it gives me a Security Error message.

I would like to make 4 lines of text (name, address, phone, and email). But when the gallery displays in the website, all of the text is on the same line. How can I fix this? I tried using the
tag, but I get an error when I do that.

The Zoo Effect plugin does not show our galleries in WordPress V 3.6.

Hi guys…first off, I should let you know that your web domain has “expired”…I am hoping that this was only an “oversight” on your part and that you will be back up and running soon!

I love the Zoo Effect plugin and it has worked fabulously for us since we launched our site almost a year ago! Could someone please help me out here! I am hoping that you will be upgrading to 3.6 as there are lots of cool features that I won’t do without.

Hi I am really new to playing with the PHP code so I might have put it in the wrong place…

I inserted <?php echo _zooeffect_tag(“GALLERY_ID”); ?> into the templates footer.php and it is saying the galley does not exist when I load the page. Is there more code I have to put in elsewhere?

First of all, it is a great plugin. Easy to use and awesome results.
My issue is that sometimes I don’t see anything where my galleries should be and if I go to https://www.zooeffect.com the page never stop charging so I may ask, is the service down? I’m getting this problem very frequently in the recent time.
